Omgoodness! I can't find anything bad to say about these towels!! They are lightweight, yet strong and absorbant! Yes, you must wash them first! (as with any textile!!!) - And YES, there is a LOT of lint when you wash them the first few times - but they just get softer & and more absorbant as you wash them! We loved the first set so much, that I ordered a second set In coordinating colors. For us 'old fart boomers' they remind me of the soft/rough absorbency of what a towel is supposed to be. They look great in my bathroom, but more importantly, they do the job. My husband, who usually does not have an opinion, actually said he loved them so much he wanted another set!! (shocked face!!) So now I'm planning on ordering more for my guest bath - once I decide on colors! I purchased two sets a few weeks ago, one in forest and one in mint green. With 8 pieces in the set this is a great value. As advertised, they fluffed up nicely after washing and drying. Good towels will always lose a bunch of lint the first few times they are washed and dried. They are definitely very absorbent, and they were true to the advertised color. I can't speak to the durability yet; however, I was impressed that the company let you register for a two-year warranty. Remember not to use fabric softener if you want them to stay absorbent; use wool dryer balls instead! ... show more

Bought these for our guest suite and so far I love them. They are nice and seem durable. They are a medium weight. I have not yet washed them more than once since the whole suite is a new set up. If they do not hold up I will revisit the review. I did not notice a bunch of lint after drying them.

These Luxury White Bath Towels really are luxurious! It was a brand I was not familiar with, so was taking a chance when I ordered them. At the same time, I ordered a similar set from QVC for about the same price. These towels are two stars better than the QVC ones! Like all new towels, they do shed a good bit of beautiful white cotton lint with the first laundering -- do save the lint to put out in the spring for nesting birds to find in your shrubs!! They are very absorbent, very fluffy and look really nice in the bathroom. I was concerned that the decorative band might shrink and keep the towels from remaining flat, but that has not happened in three launderings so far. I recommend the 10-pc set. after using them they are thinker then originally thought. need to get them wet and they expanded. They are thinner then i thought but not terrible. i got the mint green and they are a lot lighter then the picture, i wanted the something a little darker for a contrasts to the walls and they are almost the same color. They were not that expensive compared to what i have purchased in stores but on the high end of what else i seen on Amazon. ... show more

These towels are very thick and fluffy the only thing I did not like was that the color bleeds until they have been washed a couple of times. I am planning on purchasing more of them.
