Then we discovered this brand was truly luxurious... high quality cotton, well made, soft, and very absorbent. Four bath towels would be too many (??? no idea why), so we bought this set of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and four wash cloths. This review would also apply to the QUALITY AND VALUE of the separate bundles of only Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Wash Cloths offered by this same vendor in different colors. I like everything about these towels. They’re thick and absorbent, and the perfect size. The seam came apart on one of the bath towels after the 3rd wash, which was disappointing. All the others were perfectly fine, so I contacted the manufacturer, and Olivia responded right away. I was given a choice of replacement or partial refund. Since I liked the towels, I chose replacement. In short order I received an entire set as replacement for the one bath towel. This was above and beyond my expectations. I’m very pleased with the overall quality of the towels, and impressed with the willingness to stand behind their product by the manufacturer. Just recently purchased these. Love them!! Don't hesitate to buy. I bought them at a steal it feels like. The material. Color, texture, are just like a luxury hotel. If you closed your eyes you may not know a difference. Not sure on color fading or anything just yet. So far so good. They are made well and don't seem to catch on anything. I dont imagine they'd snag easy or anything. Very soft material too. It's a great set of towels for being exactly what we needed and wanted. There was no shedding, arrived just as pretty as the pics too on color. They durable and absorbant enough I'd trust them kept in my suv or van for an extra clean up crew from some spilled drinks to an Oops, I forgot to roll my windows up last night when it rained kind moment. This is my 2nd set of beige White Classic Luxury towels, and I love them! First, the “beige” is a perfect color for my bathroom and not an easy shade to find but quite lovely (I’ve looked on line and in numerous stores). Secondly, although they’re not the plushest towels I’ve seen, they are plenty thick and very absorbent, and perhaps remain fresher because of their weave. They don’t snag. They look and feel great wash after wash. And I love the hanging tag at the end of the length of the towels (like hotel loops for sturdy hanging) which allows them to air dry faster. These towels don't have the thick, full feeling of luxury towels. I think they're high quality and will last, but if you're looking for something like luxury hotel towels, keep looking.
