These towels are reasonably large, fluffy, and absorbent. Very like hotel towels (which is why I got them; they even have that hotel towel smell). They're not particularly lightweight, but that isn't a minus to me. One towel arrived with malformed stitching. I sent a photo and short e-mail to their customer service, and they sent a new one with no hassle. Excellent customer service. The directions specify this, but to reiterate, the first few times you wash and dry them, do so with them alone in the load. Otherwise you'll get lots of fluffy white lint on the rest of your laundry. This stopped after ~3 washes for me. All in all, best towels I've purchased on Amazon. ... show more

Bought these towels 3 months ago. One towel is already unraveling. Really upset as the towels feel really nice, but I am so disappointed in how they are NOT holding up. After writing this review, I received a notice from the company asking me if I wanted a partial refund or a new towel. I asked for a new towel. It is on its way to me now. I bought a set of these about 6 months ago for our short-term rental apartments and liked them so much, I ordered a bunch more. Today, as I was folding bath towels after washing and drying them, I noticed runs and thin areas where light shines through. Already! IMO these are very inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for. As someone who tries to avoid waste, I don't really want to regularly replace towels. As pretty as the color is (I bought the silver grey) and as nice as they looked initially, I think I'm going to find other towels in another six months. Before buying these, I tried to find higher-priced towels that had better reviews on Amazon and couldn't. I have towels that are 10 years old that have held up better than these. i bought these towels and others in smaller sizes but wanted to wait to wash them a few times before writing a review. i've had so many nice and expensive towels stain or lose color or get streaked - i don't know what you call this phenomenon - and it always sucks.
