So glad I bought this bounce house! It was definitely a big hit for my son’s birthday party. It’s the perfect size for the littles.(ages 2-6) Plenty of room to jump. The media could not be loaded. This bounce house was a Christmas gift to my girls who are 3 and 4 years old. I had opened the bounce house once it arrived to test it and see if everything was included and it was working properly. The slide cloth as well as the repair kit were not included. I contacted it customer service and asked if they could send just the slide cloth and repair kit and they told me they couldn’t do that and the only option was to return it. This wasn’t ideal for me since it was so close to Christmas and I wouldn’t have been able to purchase another bounce house for it to arrive on time. So I decided to keep the bounce house. The bounce house has been used for 2 days and I’m seeing a lot of issues, the stitching of the bounce house is horrible. It’s coming lose creating holes in the bounce house. Again, it’s only been 2 days and there is holes on it already. I just don’t see this lasting at all. I looked around a lot before buying this bouncy house and I’m so happy I went with this one. It is so big for the price ! It came with so many things. It brought balloons, a tarp for underneath, a bag to store the bouncy house and a bunch of other things. Things I would’ve had to buy on my own and would’ve cost me money.
