The shelf was easy to put together however it is much smaller than it was shown to be but for now I can use it however given what I paid for it I feel I Pais way too much could of got similar this size in a store for 20 bucks ...wish I would of would of saved me 20+ dollars.

This is perfect. A tiny cabinet that allows me to de-clutter my bathroom floor. It's not meant for heavy objects or rough use. But for gentle storage, it's perfect. Easy assembly.

Well I should have taken more time to read the description and research other options. This is much more cheaply made than I expected. I'm sure I missed the writing somewhere but at $45, I thought it would be made of at least particle board. Instead, it's basically like a high-density foam. It holds together fine and works for my daughter's playroom kitchen pantry but I wouldn't use it as a decorative piece. The sides puzzle together and the silver screws are super exposed.     • These are junk! I don't know what material this is but it's not wood
The media could not be loaded. I bought two of them one came damaged and the other one would not go together properly They look like they've been used or put together already at one point. This is not a $40 stand This is like a $12 on a good day! And I don't know what material this is it's almost like that thick foam poster boards... I'm sending these back ... show more

Truly a horrible item. Basically like thick paper mache. It is extremely short, and unlikely to hold much. It began falling apart during assembly I just had to throw it out. Disaster.
