Overall the product is well made and will work great.....once you get the mounting kit. Buried deep in the description is a very short blurb about how the mounting kit is not included. This should have been included in the product description as to not cause confusion. Now we have to wait another week to get the mounting kit to be able to put them on the truck. Also, in the box with our item was a return slip for someone else that returned this product. I don't mind having a product that was unused and returned, just not really sure it should have been left in the box with my items. In all we will keep and use the item, but shoppers beware that the mounting kits are NOT INCLUDED!!! ... show more

These were purchased to improve access into a truck and the user loves them. Installs in just a couple hours with the correct kit, sold separately. This is the third Westin set that I have purchased and installed. Good quality and best price. Works very well to help keep the truck clean too.

Great product. Installed on 2010 Toyota Tundra regular cab. Good quality and great looking. No drilling or cutting required. Just use the mounting holes already on the truck’s frame. You can install in 30-45 minutes. Don’t forget to order mounting brackets when you order these running boards (sold separately). ... show more

Bought these on Amazon. Could not be happier with the appearance. Looks great on my truck, and now my Wife can get in and out way easier. When buying the mounting kit, verify with the manufacturer (Westin has a real customer service person on the phone, spent real time looking up and verifying that my mounting kit indeed required drilling to install) So I say give them a call and verify. I am having a heck of a time putting these on my 2003 Chevy S-10 extended cab. Two people have tried to put them on and there isn't any holes and they go "under" the door so I can't step up so I am having to add a metal holed piece just to extend them when and if I can get someone to put them on or I will have to return them which will make me made as it said they would fit with the brackets.... Another month has now passed and so has the return. And I still can't get them on the brackets will only fit on the shell not on the frame. Be weary of these I have a 2003 Chevy S10 extended cab ... show more
