You don't know how many times you look around to see if the car is coming behind you. And you wiggle your wheel and go off in a different direction. This helps so much you just glance and you can see everything in back of you. The instructions for putting it on we're kind of half backwards but installed it so the stem came up and my side of the handlebar, if that makes any sense, so it wouldn't interfere with the cables for the brakes and gears. Nice bluish tint not sure if that's going to come off or not. But this really really helps get one ... show more

I’ll start by saying that the antiglare coating on the mirror itself is rather nice. Especially if you live in an area where you would probably be hit by sun glare all the time. I bought this because I was needing a better mirror than the one that originally came with my bicycle. Unfortunately, this was probably the biggest case of get what you pay for that I have ever had. First, leave the construction of the item itself. The item itself is made out of a fairly flimsy, feeling type of ABS plastic. The only metal portion of it is the little turnbuckle or whatever you wanna call it to lock in how far you want the device to telescope out. And even then it’s a very short amount of distance. I was never able to get it where I felt it was far enough out to be useful. Another issue is the little. I guess you could say cloth part that holds it onto your handlebars is very small. And if you have wide handlebars like mine, does it likely will not fit. Finally, there’s the fact that it just feels like there was no effort in actually making the frame for the overall mirror. The mirror itself is fine. But everything else about. It was awful. Went back the very next day. ... show more

It was pretty straight forward to install... however, it comes with the attachment piece set sideways. (The part that attaches to the bike handlebar). So the way of resetting it was pretty tedious. Other than that it works pretty well in the light/dark. I would recommend to bikers. :D

This mirror is just as it looks in video. However, for installation there are 2 things to be aware of: 1. To keep it stable, you must match up the cut out groove on the mirror stalk to the part inside the holder affixed to your bike or else the mirror wobbles all around. 2. In the video they show how the mirror can be shortened and moved for transport. This is not so easy! I hope I never have to do this. I’d rather loosen the stalk and remove! Just FYI. ... show more
