I've been a licensed barber for 18yrs. And typically would never buy shears this cheap because you get what you pay for most times. All my other shears (Hanzo's & Jowell's) are too dull to cut at the moment and I'm picky with who I allow to sharpen them properly. Funds are tight at the moment and I need shears to use for a couple of clients this weekend since I'm tired of using my texturizing shears for cuts lol, just too time consuming. The shears are definitely cheap quality, very heavy, super tight (even after loosening them a ton), just not smooth, but for the price they'll do the job. If you do home haircuts and aren't a licensed pro then they're great, but not something I'd recommend for daily use in the shop, they're not built to last. The razor is fine, there's really nothing special about razors since you changed the blade in between clients so it works as well as any other one out there. ... show more

As a barber i see 75$ pairs of shears and yeah they are good but somewhat expensive. Of course you pay for what you get. With that being said, these are some of the best, most affordable scissors you can get. Definitley recommend🤝🏼🤝🏼

I am really pleased with the quality of this. I ordered it thinking it would be temporary until we could get something nicer. First it comes in a zippered case that opens like a book. The scissors have a nice weight to them and cut nicely. Someone more knowledgeable would probably know what the other pieces were but we mostly used the scissors and comb.
