Packing was poor as crystals were broken and could not be replaced. I received the exact amount of parts the chandelier needs to complete setup, no extra pieces. it’s beautiful, the pricing is good but a hassle if anything minor is wrong with it. As you would have to send the entire light back.

Overall very pleased with product. Some crystals were blemished but not enough to notice when all hung. It comes with 2 extra crystals for both sizes of crystals. It is rather weighty.
