I bought this comforter a couple months ago and I absolutely love it. It’s so soft and the perfect fluffiness. The customer service is an added bonus. I recently was adjusted one of my pillows on the pillow case and it tore so I reached out to them to see if I could purchase another pillow case. They asked for my address and order number and sent me out a new one FAST. I received it within a day. I was only expecting 1 pillow case, but to my surprise, I got 2.
