    • Beautiful to wear, horrible to change the length of the band.
I got this for my mother. She has incredibly small wrists, because she has rather a small frame. I imagine for most women, the fit on this watch would be perfect. But alas, not for her. Like most watches of this type, it uses pins to connect the links in the band. I had to find an equally small but sturdy pin, line it up with the tiny hole, and pound it (with a soup can, since the hammer was too strong) until the pin stuck out far enough to pull it free with a needlenose pliers. Only, I had to do this 5 times.... 3 to remove the band links, and two to be able to reattach the fastener (by pressing the pins in the newly lined up new holes). Which... worked. It looks great and fits her well now. So if you don't need to adjust it, like normal people, it looks great and is ready to wear immediately. But if you do need to adjust it... maybe get a tool to do that more easily. Because changing it otherwise is painful. ... show more
