The Charleston Chirp bedding collection is a perfect example of Waverly's old- world tradition, classic styling, and clean, contemporary fashion. The bedding design features branches of roses, tulips, and dianthus with beautifully placed wrens accented in a gentle palette of papaya, sage green, orange rust, eggshell blue, and lavender on a soft vanilla ground. The all-over nature print is further enhanced by vertical stitched quilting and finished with a coordinating self-piping decorative trim to match the stripe reverse. Versatile, stripe to floral reversible quilt allows you to change your look in seconds for the perfect bedroom retreat. Coordinating reversible shams and vertical stripe bed skirt are included in the quilt set. Quilted shams feature a 3" scalloped flange with stripe accent self-piping. However, these valances are not the typical high-quality Waverly product. I purchased three. Now that I tried hanging them they are so cheaply made I'd need to order two more just to make them look full. Very disappointing purchase I am going to see if I can return them. Hopefully I can find some that are made of good material to match the quilt. These are thin cheap cotton worth $9.99 each at best. ... show more

I had this quilt for a daybed, which was an awkward fit extremely long and just barely wide enough. I got rid of the day bed and replaced with a twin. Since I had the valances, I went ahead and bought the twin quilt. It came with a dust ruffle and sham. It fits fine on my twin bed and although it’s long, it’s easy to fold over at the top. I bought these this winter..planning on putting them up now in the Spring so just opened and ironed yesterday...I trusted buying a Waverly product. I spend a small fortune for 4 valances ,a bed skirt and king spread and shams. I am extremely disappointed because there is no way I can use these valances. Normally I read the reviews before I purchase but I had bought the bed spread set and I really liked it. Well these came today and what a dissapointment but even more of an embarrassment for Waverly. I feel these are very poor quality compared to the bedspread set. Very thin, no backer, can see right through them and the length is just stingy. These are very pretty,but truly not made for a day bed. It's just a bedspread with the print turned sideways. There are no slits on the corners. Same with the bedskirt.

the picture is not correct. there is a border of stripes on the bottom. I tried hot glueing them back underneath...then just cut them off...not a very good purchase. The stripes to me were to bold for the window, and took the softness away.
