I didn’t pay enough attention to the listing and ordered these for my paddle board. They were super easy to install into studs but they were kind of crooked once screwed on. Like the hook kind of turns to one side because maybe the holes aren’t drilled straight or something, not that they were hung crooked. If these were installed in a living space as a display that would definitely bother me. Once they were installed I went to put my paddle board on them and realized they just aren’t quite deep enough. I found if I took the big fin off and propped it with the bottom against the wall I could get it to stay but It’s not very stable. I feel like if we opened the garage door and a gust of wind came in, it would knock it off. I think I’m going to try to rig up some Velcro or some sort of tether to make sure it doesn’t fall. Overall though I cannot hold the fact that I can’t read against the product and it would definitely be fine if it was indoors so I would recommend this product for the ease of install as long as you aren’t super OCD and would be bothered by the crookedness. ... show more

    • Easy to install & feel very secure
This is a great set for hanging surfboards on the wall. I got it for a vintage board that we wanted to display on our wall. The racks are light weight and sturdy. They were easy to install - comes with hardware but we used our own with drywall anchors just to be sure of stability. The U shape is good & wide - allows for fins. Our board has perm side fins that we didn't want touching the wall. The padding is a nice firmness to hold the board stable and protect it's edge. These worked great for us. ... show more
