FOLLOW UP to First review Casotime saw my review below and contacted me to resolve this issue immediately. It is a beautiful watch and good value so I recommend for backup watch etc. Thank you Casotime! Gave this watch to my son for a birthday present beginning of August. He called me to say he was putting it on and the rod that holds the band snapped and the rod is broken. Can’t fix it need special tool because the band has an area where you can install the tiny rod to secure the band. Was looking for info to ask company to send something to fix it because it is a beautiful watch but can’t find any contact. And for the price, it’s not worth the time. ... show more
