When I took the watch out of the box, I was impressed by its beautiful, classic design. I must highlight some features, but before delving more deeply, I would like to investigate the watch's materials to realize the quality and durability since I only know a few advertised materials. I want to leave you a review of the watch: item and the type of material the watch was made with. • Quartz Movement: A quartz movement uses a battery to send an electrical current through a small quartz crystal, electrifying the crystal to create vibrations. What type of watch movement is best? A quartz movement uses a battery as a power source and does not need to be wound like a mechanical watch. It is the most precise type of movement currently produced. • 316L Stainless Steel Case: 316L stainless steel is a premium corrosion-resistant metal alloy and is a good choice for use in humid or corrosive environments. It is also stainless and anti-allergy, making it a good choice for watch cases. • Mineral glass: Mineral glass is a material made from glass. Almost all mineral glass watches today are made of tempered mineral glass. The glass's surface is thermally hardened; that is, it is heated to a high temperature, which increases the hardness of the glass surface and, therefore, does not break or scratch as easily. • Leather strap: Leather watches are durable, secure, and mainly worn with formal suits. • 30M Waterproof: A watch that is water resistant to 30 meters is water resistant enough for standard hand washing, an occasional rain shower, or splashing in puddles while cycling. It is not durable enough for swimming, diving, or even showering and bathing. • Large 45mm dial: These watches have large dials, thick cases, oversized faceplates, and customizable straps. In general, watch cases are small to medium when they measure between 32mm and 41mm, and significant cases measure between 44mm and 46mm. You can calculate your wrist to estimate the correct case diameter. • Three sub-dials: (1) Chronograph 1-10 seconds (2) Chronograph minutes (3) Chronograph seconds and date display • Clock shape: Round • Battery: In the description, it is written that the battery lasts more than two years; let's hope they are correct After being transparent about the materials of the watch and some functions, I conclude that the Casotime analog quartz chronograph watches are made of high-quality materials that make them resistant and durable with an elegant and luxurious design for their price, making it highly recommended if you want to wear a casual watch, a beautiful and classic design. The only negative thing is that it does not come with an instruction manual on how the watch works, so it is essential to have a good guide and not be guessing how it works and its functions. ... show more

    • Eye-catching watch with some nice appointments

This is a really good-looking watch. It is well-styled and eye-catching. The face of dial has a sunburst blue pattern to it that catches light and really looks good. The inset dials add a sporty look and are the seconds, minutes, and sub-second dials for the chronograph, which is a useful feature to have. The dial boasts applied indices and the indices along with the hour and minute hands have lume applied. The lume is relatively weak and doesn't last a long time, but at least it is there. The bezel has a very deep glossy blue with a tachymeter scale printed on it. The bezel is fixed, however. It does not rotate. They claim the case is 316L stainless, and if it is, that's a great thing and a real stand-out feature at this price. However, with close inspection I can see some small pops in the finish that don't look like what you get when you polish steel. They look more to me like chrome plated brass. For sure it's a metal case, weighing in at 76g this watch does feel substantial, but a plated brass or zinc case would not be nearly as robust, durable, and scratch resistant as a genuine stainless steel case. To give you an idea of the things they are willing to do to give the impression of quality, I offer to you the case back. The case back claims to be stainless, which I have no doubt that it is, but it has indents in it that make it look like it is a screw-on case back, which would be a premium, high-end feature. However, it is not a screw-on case back. It is a snap on back as evidenced by the case-back tool slot provided in one small location on the case back. The case back indicates 3 ATM (30m) of water resistance, so it is suitable for washing your hands or wearing in light rain but it is not suitable for being submerged at all. The crystal does feel like mineral glass rather than acrylic, which is a nice step up in terms of durability and scratch resistance. I did not perform an actual scratch test on it to verify, however, it is just my perception based on inspection that leads me to believe it. They do claim a mineral crystal as part of the watch's features. The band provided is a nice-looking sueded genuine leather band, and the tan color perfectly complements the blue of the dial and bezel. The band is a bit on the short side. I have a 7.75" wrist and have to wear it on the second to last hole. It gives the impression of a good quality watch at first glance, and has some features to back that up. Where they cut corners will likely result in a little less durability, but well taken-care of it should bring useful enjoyment for a long time. It comes in a rectangular, linen-patterned, black, thick cardboard box with the brand name printed on a sticker stuck to the front. The watch is protected inside a shaped foam cut-out pocket, so it would present nicely as a gift. ... show more

So far, this is a very nice quality watch. The face is large and easily readable. It looks pretty fancy with all the different little dials, but I just wanted something to keep the time. It also has a little day calendar that I think could be larger with a larger number. The strap is genuine leather but I will be replacing the strap because I don't care for this lighter tan colored strap with this shiney bluish clock face. I know after changing the band to something darker toned, it's going to have a more uniformed look. The choice in band color seems a mismatch for this watch. The weight feels nice and it feels like the watch is made of quality materials. The back plate says it's made of stainless steel and the watch is 3ATM water resistant. (Limited waterproofing). Good for some spashes and rain drops but don't go into the sauna or Jacuzzi with it. I actually set the time to coincide with my digital clock on my phone and the time was perfect with the watch. So, for now, it does keep good time. Only time will tell if this watch will continue to keep perfect time but if it does, then it is worth the money. But personally I'm going to pay a little extra to get another band that suits my liking. The watch itself can be a little reflective and flashy in light, almost too much. Still, it does not make it look cheap. Too bad the company didn't think to tone down the reflectiveness. Other than it being a tad too shiny and the choice of color for the band, this is a very nice watch that could have been a five-star rating had those other things been addressed better. ... show more
