  • It was easy to apply
Color: Neon Purple
I bought the purple polish first. It was easy to apply, dried fast and looked great! It only took two coats for full coverage. I liked it so much I bought the neon pink and neon purple. The neon pink looked amazing; the color is very bright but it's harder to apply. It took three coats for full coverage. The constancy is thinner and took longer to dry. If your pet has a hard time sitting still, I would not recommend neon pink. The neon purple does not take as long to dry and is not as hard to apply as neon pink. However, it is far from bright neon. I was pretty disappointed with the color. Neon purple vs. purple: the neon purple takes a little longer to dry and is a little harder to apply than purple. The regular purple is actually brighter than neon purple. I would recommend the purple to everyone. As far as recommending neon pink and neon purple; due to the extended dry time, I would caution those who have impatient pets. If your looking for a bright color that pops, neon pink is it...neon purple is not. I did not include a photo of neon purple because it's not that impressive. ... show more

  • Katie loves her red nails :)
Color: Red
This polish pen is very easy to use. It dries fast and has no scent. I typically do 2 coats because my dog has black nails and sometimes it streaks because it dries fast. I've used the pink and the red so far and will continue to buy this product. I suggest keeping the pen closed when not using between nails. It will dry the tip quickly and then starts to cake. I don't always paint front and back nails so the pen will last over 5 uses. I actually am still using the first pen so I can't give an accurate number of total uses. I have my eye on the purple pen next. :) ... show more

  • Easy to use and it dries quickly
Color: Neon Pink
I love the design because it works like a pen and it’s way easier than regular nail polish brushes. A pen form is so much easier to use on your pet. It dries super fast which is obviously a plus. The color is bold although I used two coats but only to make sure I had an even coat. My only complaints are that when applying it doesn’t go on evenly but that’s to be expected from any nail polish. When applying it , it starts to dry fast so it starts to get a little gummy or caked up so you want to let the first coat dry before re-applying. You also want to make sure that when re-applying it that you don’t keep going over it back and forth because that’s when it starts getting caked up. Just apply one even stroke and wait for it to dry before going over it again. Plus, you have to apply another coat because when it dries it fades a little so in order to get it to look how it goes on, you have to apply a couple of coats. I think it’s a great product for the price and for what it’s being used for. This nail polish reminds me of those permanent metallic paint markers that you shake up like a can of spray paint. You know, the markers that are super watery when applying it and it bleeds out of the market and it smells really strong like spray paint. It’s pretty much just like that but doesn’t smell toxic like those markers. ... show more

  • These suck
Color: Neon Purple
My dog has very light colored nails, you can really about see through them and the neon purple didn't look good at all. It came out black when it came out at all. For the most part, I had to push down to get more polish out. It was like drawing on her nails with a bad highlighter. The pen seemed to run out of polish about 3/4 of the way done with her nails, so she has one paw that looks normal and the rest look like something's wrong with her. Definitely grab something with a more standard polish brush if you're going to do the whole nail. ... show more

  • getting the intended color is hit or miss
Color: Neon Green
I was VERY disappointed with the color of the neon green. It is a basic dark kelly green and no more than that. I have the neon pink and was pleased with how eye-popping it is; it's a Day-Glo hot pink like a poster board so it really pops on my black dog. I was hoping to collect a few colors, but am going to let it go. Of course, even that would not show on my black dog's black nails without a white base coat. (Ever wonder why the white covers and the other colors cannot?) Anyway, painting nails is a silly fun thing only, especially for doggos. It was fun having her nails painted and EVERYONE noticed and commented! But it's a bit of a pain to do, doesn't last long, and definitely not doggo's favorite way to spend together time. If getting the color intended is going to be hit and miss, I'm giving it up. I paint my pupper's nails when she's napping next to me. ... show more

  • Hard to use. Looked pretty on dog’s nails until she went outside.
Color: Yellow
What a cute idea and what a terrible way to bring that idea to life! It’s very difficult to keep a flow of color going on the (pen? marker?). Even vigorous and constant shaking wasn’t enough to keep the flow of color going. Constant dabbing of the marker tip onto a napkin wasn’t helpful and added to the waste of product. On the bright side, we managed to get our dog’s dark nails colored a bright yellow! But after 90 minutes, the dog went outside and came back in with every colored nail looking gouged and definitely NOT pretty. ... show more

  • Flawed But Works
Color: Red
While the Warren London Pawdicure Polish Pen may serve its purposes, it is far from a perfect product. It does what one may expect from a dog nail polish pen, so the pen is far from a horrible product. The pen also applies relatively easily, but I could imagine it may be difficult to use with a less obedient dog. My dog is incredibly docile, so while she may have seemed to be a little bothered while I tried to put it on her, she didn’t throw any fits. I could imagine this going differently if your dog doesn’t like having their feet held. In other words, if you’re hoping for a product that will be a simple brush stroke on your dog’s claws, it will require more time than that spent holding your dog’s feet steady. Also, the product doesn’t last that long, and if your dog is the least bit active, the product will most likely chip off within a day or two so if you want something longer lasting this isn’t the product for you. However, despite its flaws, the Warren London Pawdicure Polish Pen works for a temporary time period and is an average product. ... show more
