I love this cute bedding set and the crisp white color will look perfect at our beach house. There was no odor upon opening the package, the pattern is so cute, and I was impressed with the quality of the zipper at the end to insert the comforter. The zipper is also very well hidden, which I appreciate for a more finished look. The material is a great weight for the coast and is so soft. I got this one in the grey to use as a winter duvet. Would've loved the white but we never can keep white things very white (because of having hard water). So I love the grey! I plan to add some white furry shams to accent it for winter. The material is a lot softer than it looks in the pictures. It's very comfy.
