I received the crate broken and it wasn’t from transit. You can tell the nails are poorly put into the wood. Cute and would serve a purpose if it wasn’t broken.

I was excited for my items until I saw them and it wasn’t broken in the transit because the crates BROKE THE NAILS POPPED PUT , the crate was slanted back and forth who ever made these had no care about doing it correctly luckily I didn’t hurt my hand picking them up pulling them out of the box . I’m disappointed bc I had plans to do projects with these crates and the fact that the person who put these together didn’t care to do it properly and cost me time / money and now I have nothing that was unfortunately the last of my income. They were not worth salvaging in anyway . Please send me a refund . ... show more

Some shoppers Complained About the strength and size of these cute little crates. The size?!? READ THE DESCRIPTION. I knew exactly what I was buying, size-wise. Strength/durability? Again, Look at the pictures. It is a cute little baby crate for storing little nick knacks. I do agree with some reviewers about being a little flimsy. I used it as a gift basket box. It was kind of small for that intended purpose but I made everything fit. It’s very light but kind of flimsy. So I wouldn’t use it for anything that requires a sturdy box, but it’s super cute for decorations and the small gift box.

A few of the slats started coming up as soon as I took it out of the box, but it was easily fixed with wood glue. The inside of the handles were a bit rough but I sanded them down a bit. These boxes were a little smaller than I anticipated. They worked well however for the reason I was using them. They were great at creating height for a candy bar, and also were a great add on to my decorations. They were easy to paint and decorate as well.
