Bought this one new, not the one by Amazon which stated refurbished. I needed a nano sim card as I upgraded my phone. Some couple things to note in case others are upgrading their phones as well. The sim card is in a cut-out configuration of 3-in-1. So if you want the nano, you have to gently push the nano sim card out of the outline that was provided. After that, just insert to the phone (mine had a tray). Now important bit, DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. Sign into your Family Mobile Account, or just google "Family Mobile switch phones". It will take you through the process of transferring your phone plan from your old sim to your new one. Process is pretty simple, it will first request you to receive a text from your old phone with a code. Then it will ask you to input your new sim card number, after that it should transfer over to the new sim card. Mine took about a couple minutes to transfer over as I saw my old phone say "No service" and my new phone showing LTE+ and Family Mobile. I'm absolutely pleased with this purchase and is by far a better alternative than Walmart's silly 1 week minimum shipping. ... show more

I have an unlocked iPhone 7 Plus and this worked for me. I was skeptical buying it online but it works and came super fast. Some helpful advice would be to follow the instructions which tell you to cut out the size sim you need from the big one piece. Another is to send a text to family mobile after buying service to confirm set up of phone and high speed LTE. I had skipped this part and wasn’t able to text people without iPhones at first but I went back to the instructions and now it works great. ... show more

    • Does not work on tmobile
We bought since it said family mobile tmobile Sim card. This is not correct we got a Verizon sim card. Verizon is not available in our area. Family mobile customer service told us to get tmobile Sim card. We cannot find anywhere. Will not work with tmobile just warning you.

Came on time worked as expected. the serial numbers were clear of debris and easily read( other distributors don't watch where they glue down the big card and make the SIM I.D. unreadable). You can see in pictures the micro is attached to larger adapters don't be afraid just pop them out keep the pink card the # on the long sticker at bottom has the id you will need to activate. ... show more

    • It works.
The title of this product clearly says that it's a 3 - 1 SIM card starter kit. But there was only one SIM card in my package. Luckily it was the right one for my needs. Otherwise, had it not I would have been very disappointed and left a very low review.
