I really love this set of bands, but the black band snapped within a year of purchase. I also like the poster of exercises using the band and the pouch that comes with the bands. Very portable exercise equipment - took them with me to my destination wedding, bc I’d much rather exercise in our room than spend time going to and from the resort’s gym during my wedding week haha. This is my third pair of resistance bands, and such a difference in the quality of workmanship plus the oh so comfortable hand grips. I have now ordered my second pair, just in case I should leave one behind when I'm traveling. At 82, I love resistance training, it's so easy on all the joints and yet you see good results. I decided to use them when I found out that this is what Tom Brady does. Bands started "deforming" after about 3 months showing cracks, and rips in the rubber bands, I've had them for about six months now! I might try another brand, I highly recommend working out with bands instead of traditional weights!
