The Walbro F90000267 400LPH pump is one of the highest flowing intank fuel pump on the market, and is E85 safe as well. If you are looking to make big power and are running E85, make sure to consider this pump. Features - Outperforms all current market in-tank fuel pumps- Designed for engines with more than 500 HP- Award-winning OE technology- High-pressure, high-flow performance- OEM technology designed and developed for E85. • THIS IS A WALBRO FAKE, OR IS IT?
These Walbro pumps are in fact genuine Walbro/TI Automotive pumps after research and comparisons from other well established and highly reputable supplier Walbro comparisons. I had bought in to the whole all Walbro pumps have qr codes and e85 pumps have metal blades. The Walbro 450 is made in two different plants, the OEM plant in Tennessee does put qr codes on the pumps where as there second factory which produces the majority of Walbro 450 pumps for the aftermarket now, does not put qr codes on these pumps. The walbro 450 pumps as well as the 255lph pumps use two composite plastic blades which are supposed to help support quiet operation of the pump. I only learned this information after sending back the pump I had ordered for a refund due to the belief that I had received a inauthentic pump from the company, however I was in the wrong and that was not the case. I wish I had been smart enough to know better before the inconvenience to both the company and myself. I thought it best to change this review from 1 to 5 stars due to the fact that they had indeed sent me a genuine pump and I was in the wrong when I cost them the charge for the shipping costs. I would also like to save future buyers from the same mistake that I made. (I wish I would have looked at the comments before placing my order since my money for the fuel pump for my car is now tied up in this knock off pump. I now have to wait until I can drop it off at a location to ship it back and finally get my hundred bucks back for this pump in order to go elsewhere to buy a genuine Walbro 450. I contemplated keeping it due to the major inconvenience and extra couple of weeks it will now take to get a new pump to be ready to go in the car. However from the other comments on this pump they do not seem to last long in e85 cars or whatever fuel the other people are running through the pumps so I would rather not be out the hundred bucks in a couple of months from now and have to get a new pump anyway.) ... show more

  • FAKE
This fuel pump is not real it’s a fake I can’t believe Amazon will sell fake stuff like this what a shame. There is no barcode or QC code on the pump that’s a dead giveaway second the color on the bottom of the fuel pump is off third the wiring is garbage .The one on the right in the picture is the real one the one on the left is the fake one and the one Amazon sells you is obviously the one on the left there is a number 19 on the bottom of the real one and a number 17 on the bottom of the fake one this is the information I gathered after doing my research I think I am 100% sure I could be wrong but it makes perfect sense that something is wrong with this pump and it’s not legit ... show more

  • +12V AND GROUND ARE LABELED WRONG ON CASING
I bought 2 of these pumps at once for an engine test stand. Both pumps would turn on but no fuel was pumping. I checked the wiring, I had positive and negative hooked up correctly according to the posts on top of the pumps. Double checked and triple checked I was getting the right voltage and my grounds were good, still nothing. I swapped the positive and negative, and the pump pumped fuel like a monster. The leads are wrong on the pump. It was running in reverse. The red wire labeled + on top of pump was actually my ground and vise versa. I have ran the pump for a year now with no issues other than initial installation. I suspect they are very good CHINESE walbro copys they even say walbro on the case. I dont now how this could get past qaulity control if they were genuine Walbro Pumps.CHECK YOUR TERMINALS IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THESE PUMPS TURNING ON AND NOT PUMPING ... show more

  • Buyer beware. Not genuine
Part is not genuine. Opened the box and sent back. Waste of time. An authentic pump has laser engraving on both sides and a barcode.

  • Great little pump
Great little pump. I bought one for my sc300, but decided I wanted more power. You will need two of these to support 900hp on ethanol, or 3 if you want up to 1400hp. Great value at this price though.
