Just received my strap, I think it’s great! Fits my camera well and is super comfortable. I love the quick release on the strap and safety tether which allow me to quickly take it off of the camera for storage. It’s very adjustable and I can get the camera exactly where I want it. With the big 70-200 lens it just sits perfectly while having enough length to easily grab and put to my eye when I want to shoot with it. I will absolutely be buying a second one to wear my backup camera on the other side. My camera with added power pack, lens and flash weighs close to 8 pounds. By the end of a shoot, my neck is throbbing and my head pounding. Where was this strap? This shifts the weight to a much easier carry and places the camera right within my grasp

This is exactly what i needed for my 200-600mm lens. Walking around trails with this lens used to be a pain, tried a few different ways to carry it with no luck. This made a world of difference, i have it at my side ready to go, feels secure, cushioned shoulder strap with a zippered pocket is a nice touch. This thing is perfect except for one little detail, with the plate screwed in, no matter which way, Im unable to use the monopod hole. The plate is just enough in the way where you cant screw it in. If the plate had a spot for that or like a pass through hole this would be a 10/10. ... show more

I have a sigma 150-600 lense and it's to heavy to carry without a strap. This shoulder strap is awesome. Im able to carry my camera an lense for hours now. With no neck pain how awesome! I like the quick release for taking pictures an can easily tighten when walking. Would recommend this for big lenses so easy to connect to tripod ring . ... show more

    • Good strap - does not fit the Sony RX10 iv properly with adjustments

It's a nice strap - but does not fit the Sony RX10 properly. The mounting plate sticks out and can be an impediment to easily using the screen. I decided to keep it, but had to elongate the holes on the steel mounting plate to allow for alignment. The fastening wheel nut is now the problem, but is lower and I will try to live with it. I picked this camera strap partly because it had a safety. The safety is easy to engage, but seems like it could be disengaged accidentally by bumping it. Still, I have more confidence, even knowing the base plate and toggle clip are extremely solid. I like how it is easy to shorten the strap, and how lifting the camera pulls the strap back out to length. It has a very fluid feel when lifting to shoot, and shortening the strap can bring it closer to me for walking fast or through a crowd, while still being ready to shoot. The only thing that I do not think is perfect is the base plate, which has an angled flange that would allow for an additional strap, but is unused by this straps configuration.
