I had the smaller for sheets and did find if helpful. The smaller one would not hold my fleece blanket and this does that well. Only complaint and this is more for sheets ss the area around the peg is very wrinkled once dry and the disc is removed

I recently decided to switch to using a duvet cover/insert setup, figuring washing a duvet cover would be easier on my washer than a heavy quilt. I love my cats but dang do they cover our bed in fur. I purchased a duvet cover and washed it before its first use and it was SUCH a knotted mess. I hadn't dealt with anything like that before. It probably took a solid 15 frustrating minutes to detangle. Thankfully I came across this! It helps get the duvet cover more clean than it would if it were to end up knotted on itself, allows it to dry evenly and quickly, and saves so much time and frustration from wrestling out the knots. I haven't tried it with any quilts yet, one is heavier and flannel, I have some doubts about how it will handle that but maybe it will surprise me! i own two sets of the original wad free for sheets and use them every week. there's a noticeable difference in the drying time for when i use the wad-free's (much shorter). i recently purchased the wad-free for blankets and was impressed again. it cut down the drying time of my blankets and they didn't roll into a burrito or wad. i did find it took me a bit of time to adjust to the 6 or 8 tabs of this version versus the 4 tabs for the original wad-free but i'm confident ill get faster with time. happy with my purchase. ... show more

    • Amazing for large blankets
I'm obsessed, I always had the issue of my king sized blankets getting tangled in the wash, this solved it. It takes little time to get it on the blanket once you do it once, and if you're ultra lazy, I don't even take it off after the dryer and just put the blanket away with it still on. I love it.

Since I got my Wad-Frees for sheets I have used them in every wash and was hoping a Wad-Free for blankets would come out. Thank you Wad-Free! I love this product. Before, when I dried blankets and duvet covers, just when I thought the cycle was done, I would have to rearrange the blankets and duvet covers in the dryer and run it again to get them completely dry. No more! This product saves me time and aggravation. I'm looking forward to trying it for some of the other recommended uses - especially for tops with removable pads. I already owned 3 sets of the original WadFree for sheets and never do a load of laundry without them. I had been wishing that they would invent a similar product for heavier blankets and I was so excited to get my hands on this one. It works in the same way as WadFree for sheets but with more tabs to hold the blanket securely. As promised, no wadding up, even washing and drying. So glad to add this to my WadFree collection. I know Christmas is a long way off but everyone will find one of these in their stockings this year! ... show more

    • Plain and simple . . . It works.
While blankets and duvet covers are not washed with the same frequency as sheets, when you do wash them, the last thing that you want to experience is a big blanket burrito in both the washer and the dryer that is damp and requires three rounds of drying in the dryer. Easy to attach to your blanket and makes washing and drying a breeze. Great product. ... show more
