Description

Multiple high-powered LED's illuminate an acrylic diffuser uniformly without socket shadows which are common in conventional flush mounts. This multi- purpose wet location, energy star rated flush mount can be mounted without a transformer on a ceiling or on a wall in a junction box, and also includes an optional retrofit kit with an A19 socket designed to fit into an existing 3 inch - 6 inch recessed units the disc is available in 6 inch and 4 inch sizes, and various finishes and color temperature options.

This product is great and it looks nice now that it is up, but it came with the most poorly written instructions I have ever seen. If you look at the first picture, I have attached you will see my own instructions because this set of instructions for the recess lighting conversion skip The first steps, it doesn’t tell you what to do with the wires or the mounting bracket at all. This is a very flush, flush mount LED. Perfect for smaller porches, 7'x7' or smaller where a storm or screen door swings away from the entry. In the process of the constructing said porch so not installed yet, but it definitely meets all the requirements.

These are amazing. I put the 4000 in the kitchen, hall and foyer and the 3000 in the bedrooms. They are good quality metal housings, go up in about 10 minutes, are cost effective, blend right into the ceiling for a clean look, and definitely throw a good amount of light. Each one seems to light about 100-150 square feet well. If you have a bigger room you probably have multiple fixtures anyway. Highly recommended. ... show more
