My review is for anyone doing this for the first time. Before installing this wrap, check out YouTube for CKWraps videos (nothing in it for me, I just think he does great videos). Anywho, watch them until you get the feeling that anyone can wrap something and get great results. Now pause, and remind yourself that you’re not a pro. Temper expectations, plan for way more frustration that you thought possible, and then come to grips that your end result may just be good enough to be happy you did the job yourself and saved a bunch of money by not hiring someone else. Buy install products. Gloves, knife less tape, and the squeegee made for vinyl. Small investment I wish I would have made and the results prove it. Don’t try to pro wrap a single piece with lots of curves. Overlapped joints look way better on body lines than wrinkles you can’t get out no matter how hard you try. Limit touching the sticky side, it loses tack easily and then your piece is toast. I didn’t have gloves so that probably makes a difference with that. Having said that, I think the product itself is great. I will buy it again when I feel like giving it another go. ... show more

Thes wrap is really hard to work with. It barely touches the surface and sticks like crazy. Requires a lot of force to pull back. Also I removed 2 week old vivid wrap from my car and the glue was just stuck on the body. I ended up using 65 ft by 5ft to fully wrap a model Y. Unlike most wraps you can do alone. This wrap requires two people and sticks like crazy, hard to adjust and air bubbles don't release. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Application was pretty easy, didn’t have any problems. Beware if you are removing the wrap it’ll leave sticky residue, had to use some Goof Off to get it off. Heard from multiple people that VVivid Vinyl leaves a sticky residue behind if you are removing the wrap. Wrap also started to bubble up on some parts of my car, could be because I didn’t prep the surface correctly. I applied the wrap on a sanded surface. It is hard to keep the wrap clean, dust does stick to it very easily. Could be because it’s a Matte wrap? Not sure. Other than that, I love this color. ... show more

Second time I've ordered this color and it never fails to turn heads. Had my Subaru wrapped in it originally before testing some old left over scrap on the Nissan. Photos are of the car in the garage then outside. The shade cast from the tree in the front yard gives a good idea of how the wrap looks in in varying degrees of shadowing. Product itself is nice, the way its shipped is where i have an issue. It was placed in an oversized box with no type of bubble wrap or protection so it just bounces around and damages the wrap. Stuff if too expensive to do that. I ended up throwing away a couple feet of the outside of each roll due to cuts and the end prices are useless. If you can find it for a similar price elsewhere then i would recommend that because the way amazon ships it is completely without care. ... show more

Looks good. Easy to work with. Easier with this cleaner and wet install spray. I’m a first timer. Buy the string cutter. Amazing stuff. Plan to throw out a piece. I bout a 5 foot by 25 foot roll and cut it in thirds in my chop saw. It’s enough to do this whole boat with mistake material.

While the color is great for the most part, there are a LOT of little blemishes in the vinyl where the color is darker. At first I thought it was from me heating or stretching, but these ended up being in areas I didn't stretch or heat at all and had laid down perfect. I also had a big piece I cut off for my hood that has roll lines through it from it being on the roll. The vinyl doesn't stretch or glass out that easily and wouldn't recommend for a beginner. At least it's cheap and the color is good where there aren't blemishes, roll lines, or discoloration. ... show more
