So there are probably 4-5 exact types of this couch being sold on Amazon. I ordered this one for its delivery time which was almost under a week at the time. Ordered it so it would arrive when I move into my new apartment. This got delayed 4x and showed up 3 weeks after I ordered it. I tried to contact Amazon, but the company said it was “shipped” almost immediately after purchase (which it actually wasn’t), so I couldn’t return it since it was “shipped,” and have to wait till it comes to return it. Amazon tells you to contact the company, but they actually don’t have customer support on their website, only way to contact them is if they contact you first. So for 3 weeks this $700~couch was in limbo with nothing I could do. Couch itself is okay. The back rests are thin pillows and consistently fall over which is super annoying, but a couch is a couch. At least I’m not sitting on the floor anymore. ... show more

This couch is great! I got the 6 seat option and didn’t expect it to be so big but it’s perfect! It’s very comfortable and soft. It was also very easy to assemble. I’ve had it for a little over a month and so far no complaints, the only issue I had was it did come a bit dirty on some parts but it was easy to clean. I also didn’t receive legs for all of it but after getting in contact with the seller they solved the issue. Came on time and worth the money!!! ... show more

The couch came in 3 separate boxes. I ordered the 4 seat couch which is the full couch with 3 spaces and the ottoman in the color white. Its more of a yellow white. It was easy to put together and came with lots of spare screws. The couch shipped fast and was delivered on two different days. The texture of the couch is really soft. Love how the armrests are at a tilt makes nap time and laying down great and acts like an extra pillow. The armrest pillows have a zipper to attach to the couch so it wont be going anywhere. Ive had the couch for over a week now and its been great. Really comfortable and soft. I was worried about having a white couch with a toddler a dog and a newborn on the way but this couch cleans easily with folex. My daughter has already written on it with black washable marker, spilled food, chocolate, blueberries and it was all easily removable with the folex spray. I havent washed the covers and not sure if they do come off. The only cons i have is the back pillows are pretty flat and dont stay still. Im constantly having to adjust and fluff the back and seat pillows. Not sure if thats just what i have to do since i have a toddler jumping on it all day and using the pillows to build forts. Another thing is the couch is really low to the ground. Im 5”2 and notice when im sitting near the edge, my knees are already slightly rising upwards. Not sure how really tall people would feel sitting on this low couch. One thing i was surprised is that the seat cushion, although it looks separate, it’s one piece. The sofa is exactly as pictured. I was nervous because the reviews weren’t great, but it was on a deal on prime day so I took the chance. It arrived at the beginning on the delivery window in three LARGE and HEAVY boxes, so be sure to leave necessary delivery instructions for your Amazon driver. The instructions it came with were for the smaller set. At first I was frustrated and requested instructions for the seller- they got back to me very quickly the day… however I had already unboxed so took a shot at installing with the smaller set instructions as a guide immediately after sending the message. It was very easy to figure out, however I do not recommend doing it alone as I did… it’s possible, but I highly recommend two people to assemble and it will go much quicker and you’ll save your lower back some pain. I read comments saying that it is uncomfortable… I completely disagree. I also disagree with reviews that say it looks cheap. It certainly looks more expensive than what I paid for!! No funky smells. Straight forward assembly. True to picture and description. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a large, nice, comfortable sofa ... show more

Couch is so good but some of the parts were dirty. There was a shoe print in my cousin and like dirt on the side of my couch. The couch overall is very beautiful and comfortable. Delivery wasn’t so good either they didn’t bring it to the door or knock had to carry 4 heavy up stairs to my door.
