According to her charts, I've only lost a few pounds since my last visit. But then my doctor says, "maybe it's your clothing that makes you appear smaller." So since this was my first wearing the jacket, I believe it was my new jacket that made me look smaller. Now, it's not drastic difference but when I got I did notice that kind of helps define a smaller waist line, which is a plus to me! Love the jacket. Perfect for winter/fall workouts in the gym or a brisk walk in cooler weather. Light weight. I love the zipper pockets. Only issue is the sleeves are a little longer but it doesn't bother me to rate it any lesser. 5 stars so far.

This jacket is amazing. It fits like it was made for me. It has a tailored look while not being too tight anywhere. It is slimming. Easy to work out in. The zipper slides easily and when zipped up completely the neck is very comfortable. The thumb holes fit nicely and are helpful when doing yoga as the sleeves don't ride up. It is the perfect length.
