The VTRETU GPU mining chassis works perfectly! There were a few modifications I made: 1. The O/S(Windows 10) runs great. No need for downloading another O/S. Just plug the GPU's in the slot and turn on the machine. 2. (please measure the available space to see if the GPU you are going to use will fit.) I am using AMD 6800xt's. Unfortunately they are too long to fit inside the chassis in between the 8 fans. I relocated the front 4 fans to the outside of the chassis.(picture attached) 3. I changed the aperture size to 128MB in "chipset" tab when in the Bios. You can enter the Bios by pressing the ESC key while the computer loads.(I had to press the ESC multiple times) 4. I changed the virtual memory in the "advanced system settings" menu. You can locate this by right clicking on "This PC" go to "properties" then "advanced system settings" Click on "settings" in the "performance" section. Click on the "Advanced" tab then click on "change" in the "virtual memory" section. Virtual memory: Uncheck the box "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" Click on "Custom Size" I changed the initial size (MB) to 13000 and the maximum size (MB) to 39000. I calculated this figure based on 8GB of memory. The Initial size is one and a half (1.5) x the amount of total system memory. The Maximum size is three (3) x the initial size. So let's say you have 8 GB (1 GB = 1,024 MB x 8 = 8,192 MB) of memory. The initial size would be 1.5 x 8,192 = 12,288 MB and the maximum size would be 3 x 12,288 = 36,864 MB. Once these changes have been made, the miner should be operating perfectly! I am very pleased with my purchase. It is constructed very well and the customer support is great! So I don't normally do reviews, but I was so impressed with my experience I had with this purchase, I feel like I had to say something. So I was in the market for a new mining rig, to add to my current open air mining rig that was my starter rig. I liked the idea of open air rigs because it looks cool, but the GPU's were running hotter than I would like. So when I went to look for my second rig, I found that closed rigs seemed to run cooler, so I figured I would give it a try. So long story short, after doing much research, I stumbled upon this GPU mining rig from VTRETU. I ordered the rig and got it less than a week later. It arrived complete and not a scratch on it. Setup was a very simple, no different than setting up a computer. Initially I did have some questions, and the seller was able to reach out that same day. Between the seller and the customer service at VTRETU , they answered all of my questions and I was very satisfied with the level of service they provided. I installed the first 3 GPU's and powered up the mining rig. The mining rig comes with Windows 10 pre-installed and just had to make some simple changes to the BIOS and I was up and mining after about an hour. I started running with 2 EVGA RTX 3060 Ti's and 1 EVGA RTX 3070 Ti. After a couple of weeks I added 3 more 3070 Ti's and my rig has been running great so far. The mining rig has 8 GB of RAM which is plenty of RAM for mining, and the 8 fans are very strong. There hasn't been a time that I have needed to run the fans at 100% and they are easily adjustable with a knob on the backside. I normally run the fans at 60% and it keeps my GPU's under 60 degrees C or less. The case is also nice, the rig is strong, but not too heavy to set on a shelf or a cabinet and the lid is strong enough to hold a 24" Monitor and keyboard with no problem. I have attached pictures of my rig along with screen shots of the rig mining with good hashrates. Bottom line, it is a great mining rig and you get what you pay for. Bravo to the seller and the people of VTRETU for providing a great GPU mining experience. When it comes time for my next rig, I will be choosing VTRETU and Amazon. Thank you. Works very nice, Server power supplies are loud, if you put the case fans at 100% it uses about 150 watts just for the fans but overall, I have no complaints I'll let you know if something happens . Don't put it in the room where you'll be sleeping

    • Powers up but black screen. Fixed. not a true 2000W only can do max of 1400W.
Got it this afternoon. Packaged great and wires secured. Only problem is making it work. I got 2 RTX 4070 ti placed inside and made sure all wires are connected but when I turned it on it only gave me a black screen. I tried 3 different monitors. Tried with just one gpu on each slot but always a black screen. I don’t know what to do and can’t find a way to get a hold of the seller. If I can’t get it up and running in 5 days I’m return it. Update: it’s the cords. Don’t use adapter for the video. Just use the same video outlet and it will work. Update to the Update: Worth buying but just remember its not a true 2000W. Placed 5 RTX 4070ti making about +1500W but not as close to 2000W. 2000W power supply popped and had to replace it. in the end only 4 RTX 2070ti it can handle with out exploding. If they can make another one that has a true 3000W power it can hold 8 GPU. ... show more

    • Solid, Great airflow
This case is great. I liked it so much I bought a second one. The description doesn't mention it, but the airflow over the cards is unidirectional which keeps everything extra cool (particularly if you attach the intake fans to a source of cold air like I did). With the fans at full power it makes about 70 db of sound, but with the fans off it makes only about 25 db which makes it slightly loudly than a desktop and much quieter than a traditional 3U or 4U case. By funneling cold air (around 0c) into the intake fans and running the intake fans very low (around 30db in sound) I'm able to keep the cards at about 55c. I'm optimistic it will be a very successful setup for keeping things cool this summer when there is less cold air. ... show more
