The other review is a 1* based off the fact that the case has to be held in place with tape. 1 - The phone this case is for isn't even released yet 2 - It's a phone that folds and unfolds, it can't have a completely wrapped-around case or else it would be in the way of the hinge. It feels sturdy and I really like the kickstand option for watching movies. I will update my review when I finally get my phone in a couple of weeks. -EDIT- 8/26/21 I got my phone a day early, and the first thing that I did was put a screen protector on, THEN get this case put on. I will say, the process of attaching all of the tape is tedious, but they do include three different sizes of tape. There are a couple of places they recommend that you use tape, but you actually have to cut the pieces smaller yourself if you want to use tape there. The experience wasn't bad - If you have big hands you'll basically NEED tweezers, but with those it made the job pretty easy. One thing I notice straight away is that the "large" back portion of the case doesn't allow the phone to lie flat/evenly on a surface, but I don't see that being something that I personally care about. Overall, I'm happy with the case and the process of putting it on. The tape seems very sticky, so taking it off may require some goo-gone, but hopefully this is a case I don't mind using for the long-term. I'll update again if there's anything else I need to say. 4.5/5 from me! ... show more

The item is two pieces of plastic that you double side tape to your phone. If you are buying an expensive fold 3 phone I don't think this is the case you are looking for.

The styling of this case was perfect and the color was exactly what I was looking for. However it has a serious DESIGN FLAW. Shortly after applying the case like the instructions stated, the half covering the front screen began to slide. The inside of this portion of the case has jagged plastic that sticks out and caused noticeable scratches to the front screen. I received my phone 2 days early along with the official Samsung S Pen case. This VRS case came in 1 day later and it's better in my opinion. I've seen a lot of people complaining about a lot of cases for the Fold 3 needing adhesive tape to stay attached. This case does come with tape as well, but it is Optional. Both parts of the case easily slide over my phone and it doesn't slide off when i open it up. Wireless charging works fine and the edges are raised high to protect the front screen. I'll probably keep this on my phone and carry the S Pen in my pocket since the S Pen holder slides off of the Samsung case. ... show more

Let me start by saying that this is a pretty great case all in all. The materials feel nice, the cut outs are well done and matched to the phone well. The tape that came with it was easy to apply, and holds well. HOWEVER, I use wireless charging, and have since my Note 9, and this case DOES NOT allow a full charge. Highest I ever saw was 87%. The kick stand is placed right in the center making wireless very difficult. If you intend to use wireless, I don't recommend this case, but if you plan to use a cord, this is a great case. ... show more

Fairly solid case with a few minor issues. The case requires adhesive strips which are provided, however the adhesive isn't as strong as it needs to be. The shape and overall form factor of the case are quite good and I enjoy the sound that the case makes when the phone closes, it's rather solid sounding. The bulk of the case isn't terribly bad however I wish they had managed to make it a bit thinner. I like the kickstand but I wish it was made of magnesium or titanium for a nice non magnetic and solid premium feel for a premium phone. My takeaway overall is descent case with great fitment and a few things that could be done to make it slightly better, however I feel that my phone will be well protected in the event of a drop or short fall. ... show more

I bought this case when I pre-ordered my phone. I also got the Samsung S pen flip case and the leather flip case with my preorder. After trying the Samsung branded cases I immediately defaulted to this case. I like the kickstand, the case is sturdy and holds tight to the phone with zero movement without the included tape. I also unintentionally tested the drop protection today by having the phone fall out of my hand while rotating it about 4 feet onto a hardwood floor and it then slid about another 4 feet into a wall. The case protected my phone perfectly. Case stayed on, no cracked screens etc. For context my Note 20 ultras OtterBox commuter broke on a similar drop. This will be my default case until someone comes out with a similarly protective case with an S pen holder. I'd highly recommend it as a daily driver. ... show more

Received my Fold 3 512 gb version today and took my time to add the little double sided tape to this case and followed the instructions on how to properly install this on my new Fold. Couldn't be happier with the overall QC and feel of this case on my phone! Watching YT and Netflix with the kickstand was a breeze and held the phome up at the perfecf angle. Highly recommend this case for anyone looking for a quality case with a built in kickstand to binge watch streaming services. ... show more
