I received these as a birthday gift back in June, but had been sick so I haven't got to open them until recently. They are very cute and are going to make a great addition to our patio area once our backyard is finished. I did try them out to make sure they were working and they were. I haven't tested the longevity of the lights yet but will soon. All in all really cute for a Polynesian style decor. ... show more

I ordered a set of these, and thought the idea/design was great. Too bad it was so poorly executed. The tiki face/statue part is well made, and presents nicely. The electronics.....did not work at all. I followed the instructions perfectly, even charging them in full sun longer than required. They did not turn on. So Amazon offered to replace them with a new set. I really wanted these things to work, so I took them up on that. Second set: same thing. Full sun charge, more hours than required, and again....they failed to function. I combed through the instructions to see if there was some detail I was missing several times. There wasn't. The electronics are simply made very poorly. Such a shame. ... show more

They look really cool, but one of the two were broken. This was a gift, so by time it was opened I was outside of the return window. The first picture is after three of the broken pieces found in the box were glued back on. The fourth piece (which is the missing piece in the picture) was broken into tiny pieces and couldn't be glued back on. Honestly, I'm not sure any of the pieces will even stay glued. My suggestion, open your box as soon as you get it to make sure there is no damage. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The tiki man was purchased elsewhere couple of years ago and one of his eyes doesn’t light up but who cares he still looks great in the daytime. I love all these tikis I purchased from Amazon the birds I bought at Ocean State Job Lot same time as my tiki man. Amazon has fantastic selection and it was hard to choose, very satisfied with my selections. Oh yeah, the flickering light in the tiki heads sets them off even more ... show more

Tested out the items upon receiving them. Turn out that one of the solar panel/light combos wasn’t working. Contacted the seller via Amazon and they immediately sent me two working replacement solar/lights.
