I chose these controllers because they have sixaxis and are pretty cheap for a two-pack. The different buttons don't really bother me and I don't need pressure sensitivity for the games I play. My main problem is just that they go to sleep very fast and sometimes don't reconnect to the PS3 unless I use a wired connection. Other than that, this is a reasonable choice for a cheap third-party controller for anyone who doesn't want to search eBay for authentic oem ones. ... show more

I previously purchases a Voyee controller for my Xbox 360 and it is fantastic. So I figured I'd try one of their PS3 controllers. I am not disappointed! Voyee is now 2 for 2 with me. They make great controllers. This PS3 controller is slightly lighter than a Sony one, but it feels all made. Sticks are nice and seem accurate. Buttons are nice and clicky/springy. Comfortable in my hands. Connected quickly to my PS3. Not sure yet on the battery life, but I'm sure it will be fine. If you need a controller for your console I highly recommend Voyee! ... show more

after years with these they are about as good as the OEM ps3 controllers. they are fine and if i ever need more ill get more of these. the quality is about on par with OEM. not as bad as 3rd party controllers of old.

These controllers took a while to figure out how to use wirelessly. At first, it seemed like wireless would not work at all. So I used it while hard-wired to the PS3 via USB. It takes a while to get fully charged, but at some point, the controller actually will not work in hard-wired mode. At that point, you *can* connect wirelessly after all. Battery life unfortunately doesn't seem to be spectacular. And with the finicky nature of the above-described hard-wire vs wireless mode, I end up with a lot of plugging/de-plugging guessing games. Eventually this will work, and I'm still glad I didn't have to pay $50 for just one real Sony unit, but the experience isn't exactly the same as it was when I had the original Sony controllers (which died). The all-important tactile feel, signal sensitivity, and speed seem correct for both digital and analog inputs. Good job on getting these correct. I just feel a bit disappointed because I also have a much older *PS2* 3rd party wireless controller which has better connectivity and battery life... so I expected a bit more "progress" for PS3 applications. ... show more

I didn't want to rate this product until after I had thoroughly used the controls. I completed several games ranging from stuff like Sonic Adventure, to DMC3, to Lost Planet, so I feel like I have given them a good enough test to give an accurate opinion on them. I started searching for a replacement for my Dualshock 3 (DS3) controller since it doesn't like to function properly after 3 kids grew up with it and put quite literally thousands of hours into it. I have a second DS3 that's almost brand new since it has never seen much use. After doing some research on Reddit I was suggested to take a look at these Voyee controllers. I saw the price and was very skeptical, but decided to jump on it anyway. The package got here in a nice big box, was well packaged, even the wires were wrapped nice and neatly. The feeling of these controllers is actually really nice, the handles are more squared off than the DS3 is, and there are indentions on the back of the controller, although I feel like the indentions are a little too low, or maybe they're made for someone who has larger hands than me. The buttons feel better than any other third-party controller I've ever used, they aren't super clicky like most, they feel very similar to the DS3 buttons. The triggers feel pretty much the same as the DS3 ones, they feel a little bit less responsive comparing it to a DS3, and I like that because I'm not accidentally pressing the trigger buttons when setting the controller down like on the DS3. The sticks feel very sturdy and are my favorite part. The best part about these controllers is using them!!! Never did I feel like I had to fight with the controller, never did I have a button not respond as it should, and really that's all I wanted for the controller. While I wouldn't say that it's as good as a DS3, I would say it's the best third-party controller I've ever used and I'm so thankful to have something that is reliable to go back and play these older games that mean so much to me. Thank you Voyee for making these great controllers, I will absolutely be buying all my third-party equipment from them from now on. ... show more

We love these controllers! Voyee is starting to become a household name for our family. We have 4 of the PS3 controllers, 4 "Wiimotes" as well as 2 PS4 controllers and we love them all! The PS3 controllers were most appealing to us because they feature a capability similar to Sony's DualShock3 with Sixaxis, which is required for some of the games we play (specifically, PAIN). Many other aftermarket controllers do not offer that capability. We know this to be true as we also have a few other aftermarket controllers. Battery life is excellent across the board. They have a good heft to them, feel great in the hand and the buttons are exactly where they should be. The build quality is excellent! They are not made with flimsy plastic like other controllers sometimes are, the buttons are oh, so satisfyingly springy (not spongey) and the analog sticks move smoothly. These are the reasons why, as the title says, the Voyee family of controllers is quickly becoming our favorite in the way of aftermarket controllers. ... show more
