This is my second time buying this particular laser light system. I really like the way your index finger can actuate the laser or light or the combination of both very easily. If it’s nice and snug against my gun it does not seem to shift. I have not been able to take this to the range yet due to the current climate, But I have adjusted it and simulated fire with snap caps. It appears to hold its position well. It’s not a sure fire bright light but it is plenty bright enough for me If I stand in front of the Mirror in point the light at me I cannot make out my face nor half my upper chest. It is pretty blinding. The laser portion of the light seems to cast far enough for a handgun. It might not go as far as an AR rifle would need it to but for a handgun it is just fine. It comes with two batteries so I believe it will last a pretty decent amount of time before you need to replace those. The build quality seems nice and the adjustments are easy to make. Depending on your gun it may extend quite a bit past the barrel as it shows in my photos. I have a Springfield XD 9. It doesn’t bother me but it something to think about if you like symmetry. This is a good product. I will need to revisit this review once I have fired it a few times to see how it holds a zero Pros. Easy to mount Easy to operate with one finger. The laser took some adjusting to zero on a real firearm (using another supplied hex wrench), and it does have to be zero’ed for a specific distance but once that is done it seems to hold zero quite well. We also used it to teach a new shooter how to align iron sights to line up a shot. With the laser properly sighted in, the shooter can aim with the laser, then sight through iron sights to learn how to align the iron sights with the laser. We had a shooter who could not figure out how iron sights work but when all they had to do was to aligh the sights with a dot it gave them a better reference than a static target. Attachment on a picatinny rail takes about 30 seconds with the supplied hex wrench. We played around with the tactical light (mounted on the Nerf, for safety) and it was BLINDING, even from 25-30 feet away. If mounted on a personal defense firearm, the light would certainly disorient an intruder or attacker. This tactical light and laser combo is an excellent upgrade to a personal defense weapon. While we mounted it on a pistol, it could also be mounted on a rifle and have the same effect. While the ad states that the item cannot be attached on a compact or subcompact pistol, we had no problems at all mounting it under the barrel of a compact pistol (with a lower picatinny rail). The replaceable batteries are a common size (CR123A) and not too expensive. I like that the batteries are replaceable and not rechargeable because at least that way I can keep fresh spares on hand. If they were rechargeable, once you lose power you would be limited to the juice still stored and that is it. The on/pulse button design is easy to use and the 3 selection modes for laser, light, or both are simple to operate. This review is of the product as used on a real firearm, but all pictures depict the item on a Nerf blaster. I have had issues in the past with items being photographed on a firearm so I am using a Nerf blaster with add-on picatinny rails for the pictures. ... show more

I bought the green laser/light combo and I am impressed. It works and works great. My only complaint is that I am afraid to tighten it too much and strip it out. It came loose slightly after about 3 clips. This is the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. Maybe some locktite would help. If someone else has had a good experience with how to avoid stripping but keeping it tight please comment. I have it installed on a S&W M&P9 2.0 and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend. The laser and the light are very bright. I love that it is ambi since I am a lefty and I love that the light and the laser both strobe, you have to press both buttons at the same time to enable this feature. ... show more

I was using this on my 9 mm Smith & Wesson. It works just fine a little bit bulky and heavy, but the light is powerful. The laser actually hits at 100 yards according to my rangefinder no complaints.

This is a pretty good choice for the taurus home defender. The blue laser is pretty bright and the light has a very bright hot spot and good spill over. The aluminum body is machined well and the charging magnetic connector works well and is convenient.

Managed to run it for two weekends at my local fields. No issues and holds up well. Was pleasantly surprised on receiving it as it blew my original expectations out of the water, construction was sturdy, the light was incredibly bright on par with my Surefire X300U, the beam is wider and washed rather than focused however but works for its usage scenarios. Not a fan of strobe lights but it works flawlessly, laser is super clean and easy to zero. Haven't had any issues regarding zeroing and holding, not sure how it would hold out on real steel though. My ONLY complaints are its form factor and proprietary charging. I can see this being a nightstand WML (if you want to use it as an actual light for real steel) as its form factor most likely (I haven't looked) don't have any holster companies available that would work with it unless you mold your own. As for the charger, it's cool and works well, but in the foreseeable future, if I lost it or broke it, I definitely would need to contact support. Other than those issues, if you use pistols or main them for various sports, it works nicely and is well worth the money, great value behind it! ... show more
