I waited to write this review to see if mine would continue to work after reading all the negative reviews. It has been almost 7 months and mine is still working. It sounds different occasionally but I think I’ve figured out that’s because there wasn’t enough water in it. When I fill it up right to the line, it sounds normal. I do think it cleans my Invisalign retainers better than just using a toothbrush, which is what I used to do and they still looked very dingy. However, my top one recently broke in the front and other reviews mentioned that happening as well. I have been using these retainers for 1.5 years so either they don’t last long, or this machine made them more brittle. ... show more

    • Effective Invisalign cleaner, better than tablets

The media could not be loaded. I really like this product, and I use it everyday at least one time a day. It does have instructions on it that after running it for three cycles it needs to have a 5 minute break. I have found that cleaning one Invisalign piece at a time, either top or bottom, will result in a better clean. However, I typically am looking for efficiency, so I generally put both of them in at one time in one direction, and then I run a cycle. After that cycle is done. I take them out and flip them over and run another cycle. I like this because it is very passive. Prior to this I was using a toothbrush to get off all the grime and I also tried the tablets which i did not find to be effective. It also took several minutes multiple times a day with the toothbrush. With this product, I run a cycle while I brush my teeth and it's super easy. This product does eliminate some of the discoloration that comes from drinking coffee or wine with them in. And it also gets off the scum quite well, though not 100%. In the case that it does not completely remove the scum, it's softens it up so that removing it with a toothbrush is super easy. This product is honestly made life with retainers so much more pleasant and easy, I would recommend it to anybody! I had seen ads for a more expensive device online, and while I cannot speak to the effectiveness of that product, I would say that this product is a good competitor for a much smaller price tag. ... show more

    • Stopped working correctly after a few months

Update - After contacting Amazon they connected me to the manufacturer through Amazon and the manufacturer didn’t hesitate to send out a replacement unit. Updated review to reflect the prompt customer service once I was able to contact them. Worked great for a few months, then the button stopped working half the time and now I can't get it to turn on most of the time. When I unplug and plug it back in it starts on its own and I can't turn it off. It's unfortunate because it worked well when it worked. The 1 star is because you can't seem to get a hold of anyone for support, they don't respond to the email others have mentioned in the comments or questions. ... show more

I originally got this for my night guard and have since used it for several pieces of jewelry. It has cleaned all my items very well; it does a much better job than I did cleaning my night guard myself. It’s a little bit big on my counter, but not huge. It was more affordable than other options, so I say it’s a good value. The one drawback is that it is much louder than I had anticipated it would be. When it runs, I need to leave the bathroom. Also, when plugged into the outlet, it makes a high-frequency hum. If you’re sensitive to that, take note. Overall the value for money is positive. I’d recommend it. Worked great at first… a little annoyed that the cleaning quality steady declined over some months. Went from 1 wash to 2 washes to 3 now & it’s quite frustrating being time spent cleaning is added back. Wish I read previous review on this.

UPDATED- the company followed up after my review. The customer service and willingness to stand behind their product is top notch! They offered refund and product replacement. I received the product already and I’m already back to cleaning my aligned trays!!!! First of all- this is awesome, when it works. I initially bought this to clean my aligned trays and haven’t looked back. I sang it’s praises to my husband and my son also started using it for his bite plate. We all like it.
