The up arrow button stopped working on our old TCL TV remote so I picked this remote up as a replacement. This remote feels solid compared to the factory remote. No programing needed. Added two batteries and it was working out of the box. The 4 channel preset buttons work fine as well.

Sometimes I find that I have to extend my arm to point directly at the shield which I never had to do before.
