This hat is extremely cute and matches any outfit. If it’s any size head. Be used as hot as an addition to a Halloween costume and it was extremely durable and it really was adorable. I would recommend this hat

Definitely not one size fits all. If your hat size is anywhere north of 7 3/8, or over 58cm… don’t bother. It might go on, but it won’t feel nice.
