  • Shipped in two separate boxes.
I was a little concerned when only one small box was delivered. After checking the box, my husband realized there were parts missing. I contacted the seller and received a prompt response saying the 2nd package would get delivered tomorrow. It arrived and we had all the parts to complete the project. Don’t be alarmed if your shed arrives in two packages and on different days. Shed survived it’s first tropical storm already, but we do plan to reinforce it with wooden beams to add to its durability. Husband got it built all by himself in two days. Would have been much easier with two people. My husband said there was a lot of cussing when he built it alone. Definitely impressed so far considering the price was so low. The front door didn’t align too well, but again my husband built it himself. No leaks after the tropical storm. I tried to add photos, but my phone wouldn’t allow. I’ll update with photos when I can. ... show more

  • Here’s the deal….
Decided to order this shed because of the great price point and positive reviews (even though there aren’t many reviews on it yet). In full disclosure I have not completed the build yet……(got the roof and doors left). When the box arrived it was beat up a little but more exterior scratches and tears in the cardboard. They reinforced the inside with cheap wood and metal corner pieces…..but did that fully protect it…….nawwww. Looks like it was leaned up on a corner so a bunch of the siding corners were bent. Luckily not too bad and I was able to bent it straight. Damaged area was mostly hidden in assembly anyways. Instructions are mostly fun filled pictures with the basics of assembly but it can be difficult to determine exact orientation of the parts…..soooo add a big box of common sense to the order…..and perhaps a bit of patience. I have done this whole thing so far by myself……yeah….its doable….but if ya got a buddy to give you a hand it will definitely help. There’s plastic wrap on the side panels and a few other items….but I think the most annoying thing so far is the plastic washers. You have to cut each one out which is a real nifty time when you have what feels like 1000 of these bad boys to snip out…got a kid, wife, girlfriend, significant other you’d like to punish……errrr…uhhhh…..ask to assist with some small tasks perhaps? This will save you a hot minute while you’re putting other stuff together. Speaking of which: things are well labeled and they throw in some gloves and a screwdriver for ya. Use the gloves…..or don’t…..can’t make ya do anything. Not a big glove fan…..and when it came to pulling off that stupid plastic wrap I sliced my fingers up pretty good. Just supporting the bandaid industry 🤷🏻♂️. After putting my sweat tears and literal blood into it I think it’s looking nice and I’m eager to finish it up. Will update when it’s completed…….if you order this shed….plan ahead with what I’ve said….or don’t…..can’t make ya do anything. Update: Roof and doors are done…..shed is complete and I’ve started loading items into it. When it comes to the roof use that common sense I told you to add to the cart. The roof cannot support your weight so do both roof panels per side at one time and work your way to the back of the shed…..or if you have freakishly long arms and a good ladder….stable balance, or maybe the ability to hover….use that option. The metal is cheap and flimsy so it bends easily….also means you can easily straighten it out…..once it’s together it’s a decent little shed. The height inside is low….so if you’re over 5’6” you’ll need to bend down a bit. Overall: for the money it’s a decent little shed…..but there are better options for more money. Don’t build the foundation before you measure its actual dimensions when it arrives. I put the base together first, measured it, then built the foundation. Be ready to deal with instructions that aren’t all that great. Hope this review helps you make a decision. ... show more

  • Terrible quality and customer service. Do not buy.
I regret buying this for several reasons. First, it's not 8x12. It's more like 7'5" x 11'3" which totally throws off your foundation if you happen to build it ahead of time like anyone would. But that's the least of your worries. Secondly, the instructions are truly terrible. I'm used to poor instructions but this is a new level. It's almost entirely pictures that leave a lot of important details out. At times a zoom in would help but you only get the 20ft view. Not helpful at all. So you end up figuring out steps yourself and redoing several steps in the process. It's not rocket surgery but it wastes a lot of time and effort. Thirdly and probably most importantly is build quality. Straight terrible. Pictures provided here are just a small sample but holes don't line up especially with that roof. I've framed a house before so I have some sense of what I'm doing but this is off by a mile. It was not square at all as my pictures of the roof show. I double checked everything and even redid several steps thinking it couldn't be this bad but it was. I had to basically bend and pull and drill my own holes to make it kinda fit. But don't worry about drilling new holes. The metal is so thin that's not a problem. Like super thin. Last but not least is the customer service from the seller and Amazon themselves. They give you 10 days to get a refund but that's not really reasonable. It takes 12-20 hours to build if you're solo PLUS the time to first build your foundation. And if you poured a concrete slab like I was dumb enough to pour you have to wait several days for it to cure. Even a wood floor would make this a multiple week project if you're a working person/weekend warrior. The seller offers a refund if you return it, at my cost mind you. Now why and how would one return this? By time I figured out how terrible it was it had holes everywhere, plastic peeled off etc so it's useless to anyone. The Amazon rep asked me why I couldn't return it. I added that it literally has over 900 screws and bolts and I don't have a shipping department to box this monstrosity back up. The return shipping tactic is simply a farce. An empty attempt at offering a refund which you have to decline. It indicates that the seller knows they have a shoddy product and have a return policy in place to combat the problems that result. I could go on and it's hard to appreciate just how bad this is unless you experienced it yourself. Just do yourself a favor and build one yourself blind folded. It couldn't possibly be worse and might even be fun in the end. Or maybe just buy another one from someone else ... show more
