You can set your clock to A.M. or P.M., but you CANNOT set your programs using A.M. or P.M. You can only use military time which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Horrible design. Who wants to have to different formats of time on timer. Worst design ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

These are simple timers that get the job done but I'm either extremely stupid or the instructions suck! If you look at my pics the 1800 setting is my 6pm setting and the 4 is my am. The instructions talk about the am pm setting for the clock but nothing about using military time for the timer settings. It would be so easy for them to just program an am pm setting for your on off times or the very least mention in the instructions how to program the timer using standard and military time. I like the timers but I've been so frustrated in trying to figure out what's what that I'm writing this review to hopefully save someone else from having to deal with what I did when it's just so easily fixed or at least explained!!! ... show more
