I have had this product for a year and a half and still love it. I have tried several "traveling" french press mugs before and this is my favorite. The colors make me happy, keeps my coffee warm, the design is excellent. This in the only one I've found that you can remove the insert and still use the mug. I love to take loose leaf tea to drink throughout the day. I found other infusion cups but the tea was held in a strainer that I had to leave at home and make the tea in advance. The media could not be loaded. Really disappointed when the basic plastic screw bottom for the filter/press broke. So sad because I referred a lot of people to the product. One month later the entire inner plastic press cracked in several places causing leaks which makes it unusable. I can't see how to replace just the inner part...would love to hear from the company if possible as I really wanted to like this product. ... show more

This cup is so amazing, I can't believe it took this long to be invented. I've made tea and coffee in it and it tastes great! I washed it several times first, too, so I didn't have any lingering metallic taste. It is simple to use and very versatile. The only small complaint I have would be the amount of liquid it can hold.
