this is the perfect rug. It's thin enough to vacuum straight from the hardwood floors without having to adjust, which i didn't realize annoyed me so much until finding this rug. The color is exactly what i was hoping for, as well. It isn't too vibrant or contrasted, and ties everything in the room together without standing out, while simultaneously adding dimension and depth. i originally purchased this rug for the large size and aesthetic elements, but i have to admit that my favorite part may actually be the texture. it's extremely soft, almost like velvet or lambs ear leaves, and luxurious to walk on. And because it's such a thin rug, there's no fiber separation or pile for animal hairs and crumbs to get tangled in. it does have a nonslip backing, but since it is so thin, i may need to add some sort of rug tape under the open corners to keep it secure. not many rugs can handle a giant working dog with the zoomies, so i'm not counting that as a design flaw. overall im extremely happy with this purchase and i can't wait to see how it holds up as time goes on. since it appears to have the design printed onto a single piece (verses individual strands like a traditional rug), i do wonder if it will eventually show obvious signs of wear and color degradation around the higher traffic areas. ... show more

UPDATE: The rug already has a snag in it, so while I am still pleased with this rug and it will remain at a 4 star rating, it may not be the most durable. Keep this in mind if you have kids that like to rough house or dogs. I have cats, and one of them managed to snag the rug while they were playing. I am so happy I decided to pull the trigger on this rug. I am very happy with it. I have been eyeing the original rug off of Ruggable that this one is based off of. I can’t speak to how it compares to the original, but I can say that I am happy with this version since the 9x12 size that I ordered is only ~$300 compared to over $1k from Ruggable. It is very soft. It does have wrinkles once taken out of the package, but they come out just fine with an iron. The colors are gorgeous. It is a four star for me because it is quite thin (due to it being washable), but I have a 1/4 inch rug pad underneath it and it’s perfect for our front room. It also does slip a bit since it’s thin. There are some little folds that don’t quite ever lay flat, but they’re not incredibly noticeable. Overall, I would definitely recommend purchasing. I loved the Morris & Co Ruggable pattern this is similar to, but I struggled with the cost and the fact that I didn’t really want a ruggable type rug. I was so happy to find this. I like everything about this rug better: the colors, the softness, the underside grip. It’s just such a good rug for the price point. For those of you that like the super soft style rugs, this isn’t as plush as some I’ve found at Home Depot and Walmart, but it’s still got a much better feel than traditional rugs. As a big fan of dark green, I must highly recommend the dark green area rug from Hazo Haus. The design is like nothing I’ve ever seen before-it feels like stepping into a mysterious and deep forest. My living room isn’t very large, but placing this rug instantly elevated the entire space, adding a sense of charm and sophistication. I’ve always been drawn to using dark green rugs because the color is incredibly versatile and worry-free. However, this green rug from Hazo Haus takes it to another level, bringing a distinct and delightful touch to my home. As an area rug used under our dining table, it performs exceptionally well. When I spill milk on it, I can easily clean it up with a quick wipe, thanks to its stain-resistant qualities. After purchasing it, I washed the rug twice in the washing machine. Even after washing, the shape of the rug kept steady, the edges remained securely bound, and the colors stayed as vibrant as ever. The anti-slip backing provides great stability for the dining table and chairs, keeping everything securely in place. The media could not be loaded. NEVER have I gasped so loud while scrolling as I did when I saw this beauty pop up. It was so intense I woke my husband out of a dead sleep. This rug is absolutely everything I was hoping for when it comes to our dining room. I have a VISION for this room and PRETTY rugs are so hard to find these day. (I have been looking for almost a year now.) Picture this! Cottage-core, vintage dining room that looks like it's straight out of a fairy tale. In my head, it feels like something the March Sisters or Mrs. Cratchit would use in their own dining room. Moody colors, a lovely pattern and boy is it SOFT! It arrived so fast and I squealed the whole time we were setting it up because it was PERFECT. There's a few wrinkles but I am not worried about those at all since it's under a table. I had planned on purchasing a certain washable brand from another company but it is so expensive compared to this one.
