I needed some where I can sit but take occasional naps in my gaming/beauty room. The couch visually looks appealing and pulls into a bed which is very comfortable for the price. I got the full size and it fit perfectly in my room. I highly recommend this couch for gamers who have limited space. Great for guests as well. I’m glad I purchased this as I almost went with the bean bag bed on Amazon but this looks so much better for the price. Set up wasn’t difficult but do recommend having someone help. Took about 40 minutes to put together. The only thing I don’t care for are the cup holders wayyyy too small I can’t fit anything in there lol but at least your able to remove them. ... show more

Arrived quickly. Pretty easy to assemble by yourself. As a chair, it's not bad for me. As a bed, the cushion between the armrests could be thicker as it's a little bit uncomfortable, but otherwise not bad. As someone who is over 6 feet tall, the bed is long enough as well.

Was really impressed with this little couch so far. Replaced my recliners to have more sleeping space in my RV. Cost was about 1/4 of what a RV fold out couch! It's comfortable and light weight! Only thing is that I wish the cup holders were bigger. They fit a 12 oz slim beer but not my coffee cup!

Once we assembled the product we found it to not be functional as a couch. If one person sits it sags you into the back corner and into the side of the couch you can't sit in a normal comfortable position and the structure and discomfort is worse if two people sit. Also the cup holders are a joke and pointless they only thing that could fit would be small juice boxes or pouches. I contacted the seller requesting a return and refund because it being defective as a couch. First issue they had was that the pieces vacuum sealed had been open and second because we didn't have the original boxes in a usable condition. The boxes came damaged but it didn't hurt the product and in order for us to assemble we needed space so the boxes got broken down and put in recycling. There would be no way of knowing the couch was no good without putting it completely together. They wouldn't allow us a refund. They tried to offer a $45 dollar discount to have us keep it mind you it cost over $420 with shipping. I declined and advised I wouldn't even keep it, if it was free. They refused a return and refund. Horrible customer service and on top they found it acceptable to say they haven't gotten any complaints from buyers since they made upgrades to the product. Luckily Amazon customer service is AMAZING and fixed the issues for me after I got no help from the direct seller. Zero stars for everything besides being easy to assemble it wasn't hard to assemble but it could of had better instructions. ... show more

I have a tiny studio apartment & this pullout sofa is perfect. This sofa is actually very comfortable & I love that it’s an arm chair. 2 people can sit on it & it works well as a pull out sofa when I have guests.

It came in two separate boxes and different days so, at first, I thought I was missing pieces. Contacted the seller that asked me for pictures first and then informed me, in another message, that there was a second box. The big box was a mess!! Too small for it contains, it was a bunch of pieces of cardboard taped together. The back piece has a little stain because it wasn’t raped in plastic. It is very easy to assemble and it looks really nice but it’s not comfortable because the back is too vertical so you tend to sit to the side with a pillow as support.
