Pros: - Easy install - Nice textured matt black outer casing Cons: - Melted in 15 mins - Even with 2 60 watt bulbs, it is pretty dim How it happened: The actual light fixture where the light shines through is made of cheap thin plastic. The socket says not to exceed 75watt so I bought 60 watts. The directions say nothing about max watts besides that is typed on the socket. As I was writing this review I see on the product description it says do not exceed 40 watts, but I am sure even at 40 wats this would melt. Took 15 minutes for the thing to melt (see picture) and then the black outter casing fell down with it and scared me half to death with the bang. There needs to be a warning that this will ONLY WORK WITH LED bulbs otherwise it will melt with normal bulbs. ... show more
