I sit for work & this chair is the most comfortable chair I've ever had. Normally, I'd have to stand during work due to the chair pad starting to feel like concrete or due to lower back pain, not with this chair! If I do stand it is only to either stretch/move my legs (which this chair does have a pull out cushion for stretching your legs), use the restroom or get something to eat. It reclines, has massaging feature & swivels & rolls very smoothly. The plastic material seems a bit on the cheaper side, fabric is okay, however, I tend to be extra careful with my belongings so it will last me a while, it has held up pretty well for me but if you mind that then I don't recommend. ... show more

Easy to assemble using the tool provided by the manufacturer. Fabric for the back rest is removable so that you can wash it. Love the color. Some guy on YouTube made a comment about "these content creators" who will spend thousands of dollars on hardware and software and yet they're sitting in a $20 chair. And so I knew it was time to upgrade and save my back. This chair is so obviously comfortable. With the adjustable backrest it actually fits me. The chair that I bought has fabric covering and is a very light shade of green. Black and red screams "Uh I play video games ya know...". I spend hours with Blender and UE5 building 3d environments. I bought this chair as a replacement for my last gaming chair that finally broke after over 5 years of service. It was on sale and had quite a few good reviews. Well, mine is good but not great. It is comfortable. I game with friends and can spend several hours in it, at a time. The cloth seat parts (lower and back) are airy and help prevent me from getting "swamp butt" that I've had an issue with from leather or faux leather chairs. I like the level of recline. You can almost lie flat in it. With the leg rest extended. I'm more than able to nap in it. The added massager is a plus. It's not the typical vibration massager but has little balls that move around giving it a deeper massage feature and the fact that they heat up is a plus. There are some negatives however. The arms keep coming loose and I've had to tighten them twice since I purchased it which wasn't that long ago. Then there's the arm padding. It indents easily and while it's still comfortable, they stay indented well after I've removed my arms from them. They could use a bit more padding with a material that bounces back faster. The arm cushions also seem to spread out to the outside of the arms a bit more than I'd like. I'm kind of worried that they'll start to separate from the inner most part of the arms. The stitching however seems very well done and that's only a worry, not an actual observation. Since I haven't had the chair long, I can't attest to its durability or stain resistance. I may write another review later or amend this one concerning those factors. I will add that the seat is pretty wide and deep enough that with the massager attached I have no issue sitting in the chair with my legs crossed in the seat. In case you're wondering. I'm 5'8" and weight 150. Yeah, I'm not a big guy but I like my chairs to have room. Overall, I'd recommend it for anyone who has to sit in a chair for an extended period of time. ... show more

I really like this chair it's quite comfortable to sit in. However without the massage pillow and headrest, it's too deep to sit on comfortably and I have relatively long legs. The quality control is questionable at best. The Velcro on the back was not very straight which isn't a big deal but worth noting. The part that is a big deal is the little cut in the back of the chair. I would return it but it's already assembled, and I don't particularly want to go through the hassle or wait as I need a chair to sit in for work. The massager is better than I expected it's pretty relaxing to use, and the head pillow is extraordinarily comfortable! It's such a soft pillow. I like the reclining feature and that's the reason I bought it because of the features. When all the way back it doesn't feel like it will tip over but it definitely felt a little uneasy at first. The foot rest is really nice it's not the sturdiest but my legs are somewhat light albeit more muscular than average. This leads to it bending slightly when my legs are fully rested. Now I gotta say as far as the bottom cushion goes, this is easily 10/10 bottom the springs feel like I'm sitting in a comfy old recliner. ... show more

We received our order quickly and the box was in good condition. Each piece was individually wrapped. Putting it together was not difficult with two people and went fairly quickly. We did have an issue with a small tear in the backrest and a broken armrest. Shipping can be difficult on large items and accidents happen. We were able to get in contact with the after sales team via the email address in the instruction booklet and they responded quickly. This company strives for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. They offered us a couple of options to replace or refund the purchase. We like the chair and only wanted a replacement arm for the broken one. The small tear we fixed ourselves and no one even notices it had been there. The company was able to send out a replacement arm and it arrived within just a couple days. The chair is great now. It is comfortable for sitting in for hours at a time and is well worth the price. But the customer service puts them over the top with their high regard for customer satisfaction.
