I got the chair 3 days ago and so far this chair has been amazing, although mine came with a big hole in the side of the box so I got it with absolutely no hardware at all, that is not the chairs fault though but rather FedEx that need to take better care of the stuff they are delivering. Luckily I had extra hardware nothing that truly fitted this on but for now it’s assembled and I’ve contacted the company, I’ll update this review if the hardware shows up one day. Btw the customer support is amazing!! They’ve now send me new hardware and I’ll update it one more time when the hardware gets here🙌 Okay so today i received the hardware, and I can only recommend vigosit cus their customer service is some top lvl stuff, they where super helpful and it just felt easy working with them on fixing the small problem, definitely a company that cares about their customers! 10/10 I would recommend🙌 ... show more

Don't look any further people it's right here, if you looking for a computer or gaming chair this is worth the bucks Im 6'3'' and the height is perfect for me and well worth the money.The seat base is very wide,and is firm but not hard.The chair turns very easily and with one push and you could turn around more than 360 degrees without any noise or resistance. The wheels move the chair effortlessly on my carpeted floor. Lumbar support is very good adjustment is nice.I mainly bought this chair due to my back and neck problems and it's helped a ton with both and it hasn't creaked at all. Definitely better than my friends chair (i think he has the cheapo on amazon or walmart and he loves my chair) It is also easy to assemble，from opening the box to sitting in the chair using it was just under 1 hour. The chair makes creaking noises when moving around on chair and popping sounds when leaning back very annoying... if you don't move around in the chair it's okay just don't lean back or move around. If you are looking for a quiet chair this is not it

Very comfortable and supportive. Extremely loud every time you move. Do not recommend this for a call center job. Company does not respond to messages sent on their website. Costs 41 dollars to return after only 3 months of use. Might be good for small children, not designed for big and tall.

I havn't gone through alot of chairs in my life. I am a gamer, I have gamed for 10 years only going through 2 chairs in that decade. The first chair was just a standard office chair with pretty descent cushion, 3D armrests , but no high back head support I had to get a new one because the fabric on the cushion was giving way and tearing apart. I loved that chair, i was sad to let it go but the seat was looking very ugly and the base was not holding my weight and started to give way. so that brings me to my second chair. The second chair was my first actual gaming chair. It was 80$ a cheap one. with a bucket seat and high backrest head support. It was very weird to sit in a gaming chair with the bucket seat lip sticking out against my legs. The armwrest support was very hard and made my elbows hurt but then it went away after 2 weeks of usage. I was uncomfortable at first but i slowly got used to the chair and got comfortable to me. The chair lasted me 4-5 years. The seat cushion was worn and falling apart again so I decided to get a new chair. Also the hydrolic support base was giving way again and could not hold my weight. From the lessons that I've learned from the past with chairs. Looking at this chair before buying I knew what I needed to have with the chair. I purchased LIFELONG Replacement Rubber chair caster wheels These wheels I assure you are super quiet. I have a wooden floor and regular plastic wheels won't do you justice i promise you that. The rubber wheels roll VERY SMOOTH. Basic plastic caster wheels will mess up your wooden floor. Please get rubber wheels I can't stress that enough. My next thing i recommend getting is BEAUTRIP Ergonomic Armrest Pads. Reading the revies with this chair, the standard armrests are very firm and not that cushiony. Pay the extra 30$ and don't end up with bruised elbows like I did in the past. The seat of the Vigosit chair is also very firm, I recommend getting any memory foam seat cushion. I actually ordered one called TOP COMFORT Orthopedic Patented Seat Cushion. I have yet to review it By the time of me reading this It will come in 3 days. Once I test it I will review and update with pictures of the cushion on the chair. Here is my honest review of the Vigosit Gaming Chair! I am a 6'3 240pnd Male. Pros The back pillow/head pillow/Neck pillow feel amazing. Lumbar support is very nice. Nothing really else to say about this chair, other than most of its great qualities tends to come from the backrest. but with modifications and adding seat cushion, armwrest cushion and rubber wheels you can't go wrong with this chair with the total cost of roughly 300+$ Cons The seat itself is very firm and as I type and sit in this chair this very moment, my buttocks does hurt alittle bit over extended periods of time. If you intend to use this chair for long periods of time please invest in getting a supportive seat cushion, and that goes for generally any chair. The extra seat cushion would not only save your buttocks but also keep the seat itself from wearing and tearing the fabric from over use. The armwrests are also firm and may hurt your elbows.
