Well built quality chair. The arms are a bit weak at the front mounting point allowing more movement than I would like. They should make it more sturdy especially since this is a chair for big and tall. Update: Although I had never reached out asking for warranty or service, Vigosit contacted me. Their customer service is outstanding. From initiating a response, troubleshooting to ultimately offering a resolution, they stayed in constant contact. Retiring from a career in sales, I can and do really appreciate that. Bought this chair for the high back and comfort for extended times. Taking care of my wife I dont get a lot of sleep, so dozing off in my chair had me snapping my neck. Loved this at first as it supported me exactly how I had hoped. 5 months in hardware kept loosening and now at 7 months it leans so bad and makes horrible creaking sounds at the slightest movement. Wife hates it and would like me to get a new chair, only reason I have not tossed it is that it supports my head so nicely for my afternoon nap. ... show more

    • Wobbly, cheap, easy to break
I had high hopes for this, and they have all been squandered. The arm rests aren’t sturdy and bend to the sides, the lumbar pillow is a joke, the recline has no tension or resistance to it so it just falls back when you are sitting unless you lock it in place. Now it is getting wobbly at the base where the seat attaches to the piston so it will be completely broken and unusable within 3 months ... show more

The seat and cushions are very high-quality and high-quality stitching. The switches on the side that recline and lift the chair are also very high-quality and feel very sturdy. Also, I was going to buy a set of nice wheels, but I’m glad I waited until this got in because although the wheels that come with this are plastic, they are high quality! When moving this chair across my tile floor, it is almost silent, compared to my other loud obnoxious office chairs with cheaper wheels. This chair puts my neck and back in perfect posture while sitting at my work desk, and is exactly what I wanted. I didn’t expect a vibrating pillow to be that strong either but it’s actually a very nice feeling and noticeable and you can lift it to your upper back which is where I have pain. Overall, very happy with this purchase. The only thing that I would change is to make the holders that hold the foot rest extender to the chair metal instead of plastic. Not saying these aren’t strong on this chair, but I have seen another chair with a foot rest break at the spot because it was plastic. But overall, this is an awesome chair, and great for the money. I decided to upgrade my office and even though this chair is new and doesn't have a lot of reviews, I took a leap on it. I was looking for good support for my back, especially an adjustable lumbar that can be used in the middle of my back and a decent price. It was easy to assemble and so far seems pretty sturdy. I do wish the armrests were slightly higher. The back support seems outstanding. When you fully recline and use the leg rest, it's shockingly comfortable. My only complaint besides the armrest height is the seat pad is fairly hard. I'm hoping maybe it will break in. However, part of my office upgrade is a sit/stand desk, so perhaps an uncomfortable seat pad will encourage more standing. LOL. ... show more

The chair was working GREAT I loved the space it has when sitting. The back and neck supports are awesome. And the leg rest I cool too. The problem.. my chair no longer stays UP I sit in it and it immediately starts to drop to the floor. Only had it since Christmas, pretty sure it should last longer than 4 months. 😭 ... show more

    • Great chair, but was missing parts
I ordered this chair on a great Black Friday deal. Unfortunately, when it arrived all of the associated hardware was missing. I tried contacting the seller directly according to their own instructions, but never received any reply. On the positive side, the instructions were very clear on what parts were needed, so rather than return the chair I picked up the needed hardware on my own and was able to successfully assemble the chair. I did spend about $40 to replace everything, and had a few extras because I couldn't find things in the same quantities as needed, but overall it's a great chair. The extra cost and inconvenience did erase any benefit I got from the sale price so not quite what I expected but in the end not really disappointed. UPDATE: Seller had responded with an offer to replace the hardware but I missed it due to junk mail filtering. They reached out again and reimbursed my out of pocket expenses for replacing the hardware. So they truly deserve a full 5 stars for their follow up and excellent customer service. And the chair is still doing great, is very comfortable and fully capable of supporting my 260 lb. frame. ... show more
