My body is 6' 220lbs and I have a 40" waistline. My shoulders are pretty broad as well. After reviewing about 20 chairs and reading all the dimensions of the chairs I found this the widest as well as tallest. It has nice padded arm rests for your elbows and the v shaped neck rest is actually pretty nice I kinda want one for my car now. The plastic is heavy duty and all the bolts are sturdy. I have full confidence in this chairs 'tegrity. The whole chairs is adjustable too instead of having the tilty chair that makes you feel like you're gonna fall. At the time of this review I hadn't even remembered to open up the massage back rest thing but yes it is there and im sure it's gonna work lol ... show more

This is my second gaming chair and it beats my other one by 5 stars. Extremely comfortable and the built in massage and accessory of the neck pillow is a nice touch. My wife will even sit in to use when I’m not gaming. The swivel option is nice as well as you can switch from monitor to monitor or turn around to talk with ease. Great chair for the value and easy to assemble. Also a fan of the color options. The size of the chair is perfect for most desks or room sizes, it’s not bulky.     • Comfortable but have some issues
Assembly is straightforward and easy. I encountered a challenge when I found a big glob of plastic mold obstructing one of the connectors to the leg pieces. I had to file it down, which added some time to the assembly process. Without that hiccup, I'd estimate it would have taken only 30 minutes to complete. My main complaint is that, at 6'1", I find the back side of the chair to be a few inches too low for my liking. Additionally, leaning back in the chair feels a bit awkward compared to another racing chair I own. The arms are also non-adjustable, which isn't a big deal for me but could be an issue for others. On the positive side, the seat cushion is wide, firm, and fairly comfortable, making it suitable for those with lower back problems. I also appreciate the neck cushion; it strikes a good balance between softness and firmness. I opted not to attach the leg rest as it wouldn't work well with my office setup. ... show more

Bought the chair to replace my old one, money spent and description lead me to believe that the would be quality and stable. High quality build and parts wise is legit, but the chairs sturdiness is very questionable. A 200 dollar chair should have a solid build period, the armrest are tilting outward and the backseat chair part is very much crooked. I'm conflicted because I had high hopes yet met with quality look with sacrifice of sturdiness which is huge. Please make your chairs better, would be 5 stars but at the moment now. ... show more

Update: Have tried to contact company, but only available through an email on their website. Amazon can do nothing, as requires original box to return and I do not have that. This is the WORST chair I have ever purchased and they offer no contact information at all to Amazon. So still hate this chair and as this is the second chair I have purchased, would like so decent response and service - which is not offered by this company!! Disabled, veteran, and bulk of time spent on computer (business courses and online business). My office has a wood floor, so nothing to imped movement. Last chair had wheels that locked up and as I had to jerk the chair around to move, caused severe back pain. This is a "big and tall", so expected, with all the ammenities it offered, I would finally have a chair that would work. I have only one complaint, but is major for me. Chair is too low, causing severe cramping and leg spasms (thighs). Am unable to return as I did not keep the box. Have learned that the reason I cannot remove the lift cylinder to replace with one that would work, is because of the construction of the equipment. Cylinder is locked in and cannot be removed. Amazon policy requires a return for refund. So I have no funds to replace with a chair that might actually work for me and stuck trying to find enough cushions to raise myself up in the seat, to a comfortable working condition. Tired of trying to find a chair that won't cripple me in some way. I am not able to give any positive review, due to what I am left to work with. ... show more
