I have an 8-in victorinox chef knife, a boning knife and now this paring knife. This says the second Victorinox paring knife. I have no idea what I did with the other one. I have many sizes of Victorinox knives, this 4” paring knife is used constantly. I have two of them. For the price they are a great value. They are easy to sharpen but maintain sharpness a long time. I do not put my knives in the dishwasher. Highly recommend!

    • Light, Doesn't Rust in the Dishwasher. Works great
This knife looks very thin and small and cheap. But it cuts great and it hasn't rusted yet, like most knives these days. We just put it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean. It gets the most use in our kitchen. I recommend it highly.
