I'm surprised how far it reclines almost flat. But I know thats the weak point of these type of chairs after a few years of use, the base will creak. So will see how long this will last. The wheels are rolling smother than my old, seats are comfy enough. I did not installed the leg rest useless in my case. If you are on the bigger side the chair itself wont be wide enough.The hole design is like a racing car seat and it is not wide enough for a larger adult. I'm 6" tall 200lbs guy and my shoulders wider than the back rest, is does not bother me though, since my hands are always on the desk or holding a game pad. I thin is even better quality than my old which I got from Fry's Electronics for 279 bucks a few years back ... show more

The chair is so worth it. Very comfortable yet sturdy. Perfect for long term sitting. It was difficult to assemble and it is on the bulky side but if you have the space go for it

    • Leg rest?! Wheel housing.
I would like to start this review by stating I have just received the chair today and assembled it within the last 2 hours. I have also read all the other reviews prior to ordering this chair. So, on to the review: I met the UPS driver when he unloaded it from the truck and I first noticed the base (5 star that you attach the wheels) was protruding from the box. So after carrying it upstairs to my office, I took a picture of the box and the protruding part. The box came labeled, "Do not cut with knife", so I just pulled the tape and opened the box manually. Easy enough!. While I inspected each part as I removed it from the box, I found that the seat base has a small rip on the left side. Again, I took another picture of this. These were the only two issues I had with the product. The instructions where in the bottom of the box and very readable, I purchased special wheels as I did not want to damage my hardwood floor, and the screw holes, although not perfect was aligned within tolerance. The one, slightly harder assembly issue I had was placing the plastic covers on the support between the back and the base seat as the chair pushes out against and makes it slightly difficult. My first thought was longer screws but then realized this would damage the underlying fabric and cause holes to develop. Other reviews complained about the screw holes being an issue. From my purchase and experience, the only issue I had was the fabric shrank and needed stretched a bit to prevent it from entering the screw hole when attempting to screw the bolt in. This is easily resolved by taking the included tool and stretching the fabric around the hole allowing the screw to enter the threading without issue. Overall Day 1 review: I give it a thumbs up as I feel that the tear in fabric and the scuffed base frame was a shipping issue and not the manufacturer. With this being my assumption, I do not feel the product is worth a return as the process would take more effort than fixing the issue. The base was resolved with black fingernail polish, and the 1/8" tear in the fabric on the left side of the chair was fixed with UV glue. (12 seconds to resolve all issues) Arrived on March 25th: So had some time to review the chair. As I expected the cheap materials used for the leg rest wouldn't hold up for long. They broke on May 10, after being easy with them until them based on a review I had read about them. Again the fix is to get a metal tube and replace the cheap plastic they use. Note: I am 185lbs and at 5' 10" which makes me ideal weight. I did not put anything but leg weight on this product and never attempted to rest anything but my legs on it. This product could use a revamp; Both in shipping issues and QA work. 9/20/22 Product is less than a year old. The leg rest has broken off and the wheel housing plastic is broken on 1 of the 5 wheels. This is a poorly constructed product using very cheap materials. 12/12/22 Product update. The swivel between the chair and the base has been wobbly (breaking loose) for about a month now. Meaning if I am not careful the chair is going to break off. In its defense I spend about 12 hours a day in the chair. I will be replacing it for christmas so this will be my last update. ... show more

Honestly, it was a b**** to put together especially since they didn't have numbers/letters on the parts!! Good thing I'm smart enough to assume what parts go where to copy the instructions. 100% need patience if you buy this. Also, it is pretty firm, arm rests aren't high enough and the back of the chair isn't very wide. ... show more

First, the quality is much better than I expected. Assembly was straight forward, but attaching the seat back was difficult. I had to get help from my significant other and the cats to get it on. As for comfort the seat is a bit more firm than I prefer but it is not uncomfortable. The lumbar support is excellent and the neck pillow really works well. I was a bit surprised by that and glad I put it on. Overall I give it 4.5 stars. Update 1: At first I felt that the bottom cushion was a bit to firm. After a week of using it I find it very comfortable and it cushions very well. The comfort is very good, not as good as my recliner but sitting in for several hours a day is no problem. ... show more

    • Great chair for the big and tall!
I bought this chair for my boyfriend (He’s about 300 lbs and about 6 feet tall) for Christmas and he absolutely adores it. We were able to assemble it just about under an hour and it’s held up nice since then. It’s super comfy and the seat width is great, especially since he has big thighs. The only thing is that the chair squeaks quite a bit (nothing a little oil can’t fix) but other than that, it’s great and would totally recommend this chair for the taller and heavier people. ... show more

So far this chair has been amazing. Easy to move around in, spins very well, no issues there. The material the seat is made out of causes me to sweat very badly in summer, I have to put a towel down.
