Best face wash/makeup remover ever! I had gotten a sample a while back (unsure where it was from) but it came with no instructions so i use to wash my face in shower with it before buying full-size to then see how it’s suppose to be used. I actually found it to work better in shower (purely my own opinion- to each their own!) and i love it either way!! Ended up buying another one for traveling and I’ll probably never need to use anything else ever again. Doesn’t break my face out (most things do- i have sensitive skin, rosácea and psoriasis on my face/scalp and everything normally irratates my skin) but this stuff is amazing! Have been using this product for face washing without makeup. I have a problem with dry skin and this seems to help with moisturizing instead of the variety of other products that I have tried. It is helpful for removing makeup but I am using daily as a wash.

Never in 1 million years would I have thought of using this cleansing milk! I absolutely love it! I use it in the morning, and at night, dampening a washcloth, then wiping my face off with the washcloth, and applying this cleansing milk all over my face, including my eyelids and brows. I take it off my face with the clean, damp washcloth and rinse my face at least 10 times with tepid water. It most certainly is for sensitive skin, very calming on the skin, and not at all irritating. I have 60 year old, extremely sensitive skin and this is the best cleanser that I have ever used, and I have tried them all! I love it so much I just signed up for the auto subscription. I love this face wash. I have eczema issues on my face and this doesn't irritate those spots at all. The 4 🌟 is because it advertises as a makeup remover and by itself it doesnt remove all the the make up. But does very well cleaning what the makeup wipe doesnt get. Run don’t walk to buy this it’s the best. Gets off all your makeup, gentle on eyes and sensitive skin. Doesn’t cause breakouts. I double cleanse with it and rinse my face using a washcloth and I’ve literally never had better skin. I will use this for the rest of my life. Buy it!

My daughter and I have been using this product for over 10 years. Sadly, we will have to find a replacement. This used to be the only makeup remover that didn’t hurt our eyes. However, since Vichy changed the formula, our eyes now burn with every use. Vichy has removed the shea butter, mineral oil and seedcake extract in favor of glycerin. The label also now no longer says “paraben free.” Please go back to the original formula! It was such a wonderful cleanser and is now such a disappointment — especially for the price. ... show more
