I haven’t been using it very long. It seems to help a little with circles. It’s not heavy, which is good. I’m using it very close to my eye lashes for circles and puffiness. And also just under the brow bone hoping for a bit of lift. It is not irritating my eyes at all. There is no odor. It’s a light consistency and easy to pat into my skin. I can’t comment on the network of fine lines going from the eyes to the cheeks. I’m using a heavier cream for that. This Vichy Aqualia Thermal Eye Balm is my intro to the product line. It is a good intro. I would buy this one again, even if it turns out to just help with circles. And I will definitely buy more from this company. As a point of reference, I am a lifetime Clinique customer and also La Roche-Posay. All three of these lines are very clean and mostly fragrance free. They all have dermatology and clinical development. If you tend to like very clean products made for sensitive skin, I think Vichy is going to be a great experience for you too. ... show more

I really didn’t think this was going to make any difference but there were so many reviews that said it worked so I decided to take the plunge. Oh Em Gee. This is going to be in my beauty routine until I die. It really does plump up my eyes and I feel like I’m looking at my eyes from when I was a kid. They look so fresh the way that you look when you get some really good sleep and you first wake up and your eyes aren’t puffy but you can tell that you just woke up from a super rejuvenating sleep. I ran out of my usual eye cream ($$$$) while traveling, and wanted something just to hold my skin together till I got home. This stuff really surprised me, and it has become the easy substitute for that ridiculously priced stuff I used to use. Scentless, smooth, hydrating without heavy emollients, and a little goes a long way. I can't speak to diminished circles as this wasn't a huge issue, but it has more than passed my tests: my eye area skin is crazy sensitive and v. hard to keep hydrated for 12 straight hours. No reaction, and nice, hydrated, smooth, bright, un-tight eye skin. When I've gone back to other products I can tell immediately: more obvious wrinkles and crepe-y qualities. I'm now on my fourth bottle, and really don't want to find something else once this gets discontinued, as things that I love *always* do! Impressed! ... show more

Great product in terms of gentleness, non-irritating and moisturizing. I love serums for the area around the eye because they are lightweight and less greasy than creams. This product fits the bill. Plus the added advantage of caffeine helps to fight morning puffiness. Now is it a miracle cure for aging and will it reduce the aging process? Probably not by itself. I'm mature enough to realize that miracle don't come in bottles, but that taking care of one's skin over time with some good quality products and using sunscreen daily is the way to go. This stuff is AMAZING. One product does so many things. And does them all well. 1. Upper lids get everything that the best under eye products do 2. Conditions and helps eyelashes grow 3. Reduces under eye puffiness, even puffiness caused by allergies (hubby noticed major improvement 2nd day of use) 4. Half a pump covers top and bottom lids on both eyes 5. Silky, lightweight, absorbs quickly and not a bit sticky 6. Can apply make-up right away resulting in a velvety finish I think my search for about 5 products is over!!!!! ... show more

It is light weights little goes a long way. You can actually feel it tingle when you apply it. I tried it on my 87 yr. old mom and she loved it too!I I used to buy some very high end products at neiman marcus and these products work just as well if not better.
