Setup instructions were meh at best, the software instructions were nearly useless, fine tuning the machine to work properly took a good bit of googling, because the instructions said nothing about how to fine tune. With that initial hassle out of the way, it's been a spectacular machine. I have heard some people complain that their more expensive machines do not cut Chrome vinyl very well but this thing did phenomenally. I had a ton of tight squiggles that it reproduced flawlessly over a dozen times. So initially it is amazing only time will tell if the inexpensive side of this device will bite me in the tail by not being long-term reliable. Too early to judge that. ... show more

This is our 3rd cutter of varying brands and types, but once I finally got the right driver is works well. I tried calling the supposed "tech support" but the girl on the phone just made every attempt to get out of helping me. Jump through hoop after hoop and then we end up on her stating they wont provide any drivers or phone support unless I send a complete screenshot of my amazon prime invoice. WHY? Just be a normal company and put the driver right here on this page, or include it with the product! In short, it IS included with the product, but it is bundled in the Sign Master software, and you have to know which model you can substitute for your model because they aren't named the same. Only reason I figured it out is because someone else posted an answer somewhere online asking the same questions. Want 5 stars? Just include the drivers on their own, on the included usb stick so we don't have to scour the internet for help. ... show more

I got this plotter and less than 9 months it start fail to read registration mark, I sent emails and emails to vevor company and they never answer me, not technical support at all! I just throw my money to the trash!! Now it become worts, the LCD screen is full white I can't see nothing, im using just my imagination or just calculation for the force of the blade!!! at his point Im looking to buy another brand but never never with VEVOR again!!!! ... show more
